So we stopped in to get a few things before we hit the road. What we ordered isn’t what we received. It’s nothing like the advertised merchandise. Are all Taco Bell’s doing this? It’s the second one so far but this time it’s right in our back yard. Very very disappointing… this location on 28th st is NOT RECOMMENDED. It was the chicken Catina box that was FAR from what it was supposed to be. If you don’t have enough product then just say so and offer something else you have available. Your customers deserve way better than what you’re putting out.

The level of incompetence at this location is astounding. Went through the drive thru and was told I had to enter my PIN on the machine for my card to work. Was told it wouldn’t go through 3 times. I asked them to slide it through as credit. They said that it didn’t work that way. I’ve never had to enter a PIN number at a fast food drive through before. Then the order was a wrong. Missing 2 items & received one thing I didn’t order. The items that were correct hardly had any toppings on them.

I usually never go out of my way to give bad reviews, but I literally had the worst nacho bell grande ever. A kernel of beef, all beans on one side — cold as ice. Barely any cheese and some of the tomatoes looked as if they went bad. Also they never have any freeze flavors other than Baja blast — I’m starting to believe that they purposefully don’t have anything but that. I feel bad for doing this, but I’ve had problems before here and this is the final straw unfortunately. Go to the one down the street or in Grandville if you want Taco Bell.

Avoid this location at all cost. It’s worth driving another couple miles east or west to another location. Worst Taco Bell on 28th street. The soft shells are always hard and stale they just let food sit past expiration and still sell it to you.

If you want to get sick, this is a place for you. When the ice in my drink melted there was so much dirt in it i couldnt beleve what i drank. Restroom was probably the dirtiest restroom I’ve seen in my life. Toilet was clogged and it looked like it’s been like that for a while and there was no soap. Stay away from this place, it’s a hazard!

The Operator taking orders through the Drive Thru was exceptionally rude. On top of that, they messed up my order. This only my second time going to this location and it is now my last. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Every time I go to this location and order a veggie bowl and extra beans, I always get in response,” WE DON’T HAVE BLACK BEANS” . What is the point of them keeping the Taco Bell open 24x 7. The staff is very rude and does not know how to professionally respond to the customers. Just for the future, before opening another location, Please make sure the staff is trained on how to communicate professionally and have enough ingredients and supplies to run the business 24 x 7. I do not recommend this location to other people.

I swear I don’t even want to put any stars . I went there tonight at around 10:30pm got food , for one my food had hair in it , so I said take your food back and give me my money back . I check my bank account and then didn’t put my money back on it but they did take more money off my card , their own manager wouldn’t even come to the window she had her 2 young employees tell me that they did put the money on the card and if I want to talk to a manager I will have to come back tomorrow to talk to that one . So I will be up there tomorrow and I’m calling corporate. What a nasty place and rude , don’t even put hair nets when around the food .
