Very impress. I stopped going for a while. Tonight I order a chalupa made to order. And 3 Doritos locos tacos and they were perfectly made!! The customer service was outstanding. The lady at the window was extremely polite and was juggling taking orders and handing out order great! Kudos!!

Two female manager are really are distasteful towards the homeless, very hateful. The employees are amazing, kind this tacobell need new management with morals, manners and some human decency. Instead of management whom sits around and laughs , makes fun of the homeless.

First I’m going to start off and say if I could give this exact location 0 stars I would’ve. I’ve ordered quite a few times through DoorDash and every time a dasher tries to pick up, they state somebody else has done picked up the order.
Then after you call them every single person is extremely rude and doesn’t feel the need to give anybody a managers name. Always attitudes.
Also to add, maybe they should start verifying who they gave peoples orders too , and from the recent reviews I can clearly see I am not the first person this has happened too. They should be shut down and put under new management.

We was make a order last night veggie box on this place we told the ordering girl 3 times we can only eat veggie don’t put the any kind of meat but they rushing us and they make a steak burrito and i was eat that and i have a last bit left i show red picces and i was literally vomiting and i was call that place and explain everything but she said don’t yelling on me and she said you can get onther one but I don’t care for one more like this and I don’t go never again. Highly not recommended. They bust my religion because I can’t eat steak and i was crying.

Placed a mobile order. Female worker was rude at the box and didn’t listen to what I was saying. Then when I got to the window I was handed the wrong order. I was accused of being the reason why I was handed the wrong order instead of apologizing and fixing it. Then was told they didn’t have my order so I circled back around to show them a picture of my order just for them to magically have it all of a sudden. Was pulled around front to wait another 15 minutes for my order.

I have jury duty all month so I was looking for a quick in and out option. Post lunch there was no wait. The food was actually pretty good. I just got the standard bean burrito and soft tacos, but it was all fresh the beans were not dehydrated so I was happy.

Food made poorly and incorrect. Time sitting in drive thru was ridiculous. How hard is it to make two tacos? I asked for lite beef, they doubled it. I paid for tomatos to be added. There were no tomatos, but there was double tomatos on my husband’s. The tacos were thrown together, it showed in the wrapper and just looking at them. The staff worked like zombies, not listening to customers. Just chit chatting amongst themselves.
