This place doesn’t respect delivery drivers. Every time I’ve picked up here, it’s seems they decide they’re going to make every other order first and have us wait 10 minutes. I’ve routinely waited 10+ minutes here for items that take 30 seconds to prepare. One of the only problem restaurants out of probably hundreds I pick up from. The vast majority of the time at other restaurants the order is ready when we get there and there is no wait at all.

HORRIBLE! Run don’t stop here. We ordered a footlong and from the start the order taker was rude and had absolutely no customer service but it got worse! Our car hop Jennifer brought our food out mind you since we ordered the footlong I knew it was going to look a mess as she put everything in one bag and was holding it up right. I looked at our food and sure enough the chili and cheese had gone all to one side and not only that the bun was all torn and pieces. I asked them to remake it and they were upset WITH ME! no apology, they didn’t even acknowledge my request I had to ring the button again and asked if they got it

Never have been here it was my first time and it will be my last.. I went thru the drive thru and I asked if they had soft serve which she replied kindly yes. So I asked ok I’ll get a large soft serve she replied with we only have one size. So I said ok that’s ok I’ll take a soft serve. When it came to receiving my order I looked at her like if it was someone’s else’s order.. and I asked her is this it?? She’s like yes. And I’m like uh.. ok how is this a soft serve? It’s melted and in a big cup… I thought you only had one size? And she just said this is your soft serve and so I left… this was disappointing….it was filled not even half way and it was so melted like it was swirling around while I was trying to drive to work..

Ordered at the drive-in kiosk and the food took 20 minutes for one meal. Didn’t receive a noticeable amount of tots in my order. Apparently it’s a “pre-measured” amount. But I’ve never had it missing a whole third of the carton.

Came up to the window and ordered for 5 people. All 5 burgers were wrong and cold the first time. The second time our burgers were wrong and warm. I ordered a double bacon burger that had bacon the first time around and didn’t the second time around. My mom specifically ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and mayo. The sandwich came out without cheese or mayo but pickles. The drinks were perfect and great. Benji helped us “fix” our order and Elizabeth took our order. Beth was very nice and helpful. Benji…not so much but his attitude was great. Great kids working here but not very bright cook. We decided to just eat the wrong burgers since each time it took 30 mins for our food to come out. The drive thru was empty and so were the tablets. We were the only ones there so there is no excuse for the state of our food. We will not be eating at another Sonic since we’ve had this issue at a different location more than once.

Growing up “cruising Sonic” and proximity to their OKC Hq made them a staple growing up. Not as prevalent in Southern California, so stumbling across this one was a nice treat.

Given this place MANY MANY MANY chances. I love sonic but seems the people who work here either are incompetent or haven’t been trained well. The burger in the picture was a no. 2 but they put the meat and cheese upside down giving it NO TASTE. Who does that? As far as I know condiments should always be with the lettuce. The lettuce was just gross in the burger by itself. Also when you go through drive through they are too nervous to pay attention to you. They ramble and mess up your order. Second picture is of today. I got mozzarella sticks AND THEY BURNED THEM CRISP. They definitely all need further training.

i came to get lunch here, excited to try since ive tried sonic in the south and have had way better experiences, and unfortunately they did not meet the same standards or expectations. it seems like jennifer could hardly hear when we were ordering. we asked for a customized double smashed with chilies and we did not get any chilies. just onions and cheese. we also asked to replace our order number 5, and make it an 11 and she did not hear or get that correct either. she was very short when she could hear. we asked for more ketchup and she told us “its in the bag” as if we weren’t requesting more ketchup than 3 measly packets. i will never return to this location. please invest in better speakers systems and better customer service training. very disappointed.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. One burger came with only 1 patty. I opened a support ticket and they closed it without even helping me. Then they asked me to give them feedback on their support and if they were helpful or not. So this particular restaurant makes a mistake, which is reasonable, but then their support does not even help you correct the mistake. Awful business practices

Usually great! A fun place to grab a treat and they offer great 1/2 price deals, but today I ordered an original pretzel dog with mustard and relish…I received a plain dog with zero toppings, but there was a mint in the bag, was I supposed to use it as a topping?
