The Pizza Cart was started as a literal wood fired pizza cart in the Ace Hardware parking lot in 2010 with our own unique recipes created from scratch. After 4 years of working from the cart, we moved to an indoor location, where the owner built the beautiful wood-fired oven that is still in use today. Two years after moving indoors, we learned to make authentic Italian gelato. It is made fresh, in-house, with all natural ingredients. We have worked hard to create a unique experience from the food, to the atmosphere, to the customer service. As this is a family owned and operated business, we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays for personal family time. Due to high demand, the wait can be long, so plan early and call ahead!

This place has delicious pizza. I would recommend ordering ahead of time because their pizza is so good it creates many orders. My family and I have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed.

We came through the area for vacation and ate here twice. It was so good! We all had different favorites. My favorite was the NY garlic, my hubbys fav was the pepperjack, my son liked the chicken bacon ranch and my daughter liked the margheroni. We recommend you try a little bit of it all!
As far as the place itself goes, the staff were all so amazing. As we ate I watched the way they work and it was very fluid- they got along well and worked together well. The atmosphere was spot on. I felt like I was not in Utah anymore. Thank you to all the staff for the experience. We will be back!

Every week when I’m out assisting clients, I like to “take myself to lunch.” Go somewhere I’ve never been; go somewhere fancy or different. Somewhere that’s a sit down. So while I was in Cedar this week, I stopped at Pizza Cart and got their 4 cheese pizza. This is now my new favorite pizza place in all of Southern Utah. It was incredible. The sauce, the cheese, the employees, and just the over all vibe was incredible. I did indeed eat the entire pie (no regrets) and I will be going back to try some of their other pies. Definitely give them a try, you won’t regret it!

I love all the different flavors and ingredients. The Nutella dessert pizza has a good amount of filling and topping.
I love to get the chicken bacon ranch. Also a fan or the thunderbird (which can be found on the secret menu).
Honestly haven’t been disappointed by any of the pizzas I’ve had here and I’ve been going here for at least 7+ years.

It’s pizza. Good pizza but not as good as most of the reviews unless you’ve been stuck in Cedar city your whole life.
The wood fired oven is nice and the store was busy. Great service and friendly staff.
We would go back, but I wouldn’t drive very far to go there.

10/10 all around. The best pizza!! I haven’t tried a flavor I didn’t love but Italian cowboy is by far my favorite. Incredible gluten free pizzas as well!!

Came here for the gelato (so can’t speak for the pizza) and it definitely gives the gelato we had in Italy a run for its money! The quality is amazing — texture was super creamy — and the price makes it a steal! I got the raspberry cream and dark chocolate, hubby got the POG vegan sorbet + lemon cream. The fruit flavors were so fresh and really tasted just like biting into the real thing (they said that they freshly squeeze the lemons every day!) and the dark chocolate didn’t disappoint either. Service is so friendly too! Highly highly recommend this place!!
