Got the New Grinch Meal Today 12/02/2025.Was Really Hoping For The Sand Globe But Instead Got The Socks.So I Was Kinda Not Happy Because I Called The Place They Td Me lThey Had Them.I Guess The Socks Were Ok Or Pretty Cool.I Got The Big Mack,A Drink Which Was Dr Pepper, And The Grinch Pickle Flavored Shaker Fries Which Were Definitely Interesting. It Was A Packet Of Pickle Flavored Powder That Was Included Separately In A Packet And Also A Bag To Add The Fries And Powder In To Shake up. It Was Defiently interesting and an inquiring taste .Then There Was The Grinch Socks

Clean facility. The parking lot is a bit odd but spacious. I ordered with an employee but there are kiosk options. The drink station was clean. The food came quickly. The food was brought to our table since we were dining in. It was hot and fresh…no complaints. There Is a play area for younger kids. It is small. It was clean. Overall good experience.

Twice now I haven’t had very good service or have had issues. First visit was missing items and then waited inside for a long time to talk to someone and then had to wait even longer for the items missing from our order to go order. Second visit was an order through the app and then they canceled it and I have to wait for refund for 1-3 days and I had to reorder it and it again took a long time to get the food. No one really helps much at the front area and everyone is off in the cooking area. Definitely changed from before and continues to disappoint.

Went on 2-6-26 to dine in. Waited well over 20 mins for our food and had to actually get up and say something to a worker. Multiple customers waiting on food at the counter and no one acknowledged there presences till a lady had to yell into the back to get the attention of someone. My wasn’t even warm when I got it. Missing a big mac and ice cream cone. Focus was in the drive thru. Dining area was dirty, napkins, french fries, old drinks, trays on multiple tables. Teas containers were empty and sticker had last made at 12:30 pm. Last time I will be going to this McDonald’s. Pathetic employees

There was a worker that had a very bad attitude when taking orders. He took orders but it was completely wrong and all the food was scrambled. I would not recommend this fast food place. They put random people’s names with our party and had random orders of food just passed. Other customers had to wait 15 minutes for their food even when they got there before us. This was a very poor first time trip to Mc Donalds. It really ruined the atmosphere and the welcoming vibe.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this location has really gone downhill since reopening. The last time I was here there were 5 aggravated customers (including myself) waiting a long time for someone to come out of hiding in the back. One of them, much like myself, had been coming to this location for over twenty years and we got into a conversation over how bad it has gotten here. I got tired of waiting and left. I tried explaining this to the manager just now (since people were actually at the front counter today) and she was rude she dismissive. I don’t think she even comprehended what I was talking about. I keep giving this location more chances to improve and every time I do, I end up regretting it.

Horrible service! Dont ever go here i just recently went and they forgot almost our whole order and when my husband went in there the man in the back started yelling at him saying “i know I didn’t forget yalls food!” And kept repeating it. Overall horrible experience and customer service.

Honestly if i could do ZERO STARS, i would. GOD-AWFUL service, tried getting them to understand my order three different times over 45 minutes, and still got it wrong. They are BEYOND LOST. Seems like nearly every other person was frustrated and upset about something wrong with their order. They need to do better, this is not acceptable.

We visited on opening day 12/15/23. Very nice. Two lane drive through, ample parking, outside eating area, play place!, and a nice dining area. Food was delicious. Staff was courteous and as excited as we were to be there! Great location, easy access and a perfect resting place for through travelers as well as locals. I definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

A gentleman named helped me at McDonald’s today and did an amazing job. He was fast, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The food was fresh and delicious, and his professionalism really stood out. I believe he’s a shift leader, and he clearly takes pride in his work.
