This location was the best CookOut I have been to. Solely because of the cashier Tyrell (or Terrell)! This woman does not get enough praise! I have never met a more friendly and happy person at their job. She gave excellent service and went above and beyond to make my day enjoyable. You cannot teach the type of personality and charisma this woman brings to the workplace. I will definitely be returning. Cook Out, you need to move her to corporate asap!

I came about 1:40am on Saturday morning and the person at the window was AMAZING. It’s so rare to find someone this great in fast food with such great mannerisms. She really needs a higher position/raise. I LOVE her and I will now only come to this location because of her!

While the girl who always says my pleasure has amazing service and attentiveness it is NOT the same with everyone else. There have been multiple times lately that the other girls have blurted out my total before I’m even done ordering! And they claim they can’t hear the speaker once they turn their headset off. Not the same system as the Chick Fil A I work at, they need to fix their headset system to hear people still or teach their workers to ask “is that all for you?” I understand they need to be quick but they need to ask multiple times if that is all and wait til the answer is yes to say the total. Food is great but because of these incidents and confusion ordering we will not be back to this location.

Hey, it’s 3-4 star food and reliable. I gave 5 stars because the general manager DJ spent some time at the counter talking through some of the food choices that were great, his general enjoyment of cookout, and was just very helpful and kind.

The fries were hard. We didn’t receive the shake until we were ready to leave. There were no napkins given until you asked for them. Not a place that I will return to. The shake was pretty good though.

This really is the best value meal that you will get at any restaurant. We always stop at Cook Outs when we are traveling through Georgia. The burger really and corn dog side really hit the spot and my wife loves the cheese balls. Highly recommend.

Driving back home to Tampa at lunch on Monday October 6th I wanted to get another Cook Out experience before leaving Georgia. I needed to stop and get gas so this particular location happened to be it.
The cashier’s smile & kindness were very engaging. The food was prompt and delicious. During my meal, the general manager, Tommy stopped by to check on my experience.

Placed an order for me and my wife.It came out wrong 3 times.No one is attentive at front counter and employees playing around and standing around on there phones.While trash can is overflowing at front door .We will not be back and if you value your dollar you will go somewhere else else.
