In December 2025, this North Van Wert location has become a lot quicker with service compared to the South location. Definitely, more professional customer service. Along with very fresh, hot food! We have been visiting in the evening. Good Job, North McDonald’s! You are getting the job done well.

Disappointing experience at McDonald’s.
The entire restaurant was disorganized and clearly behind. It took over 15 minutes just to receive two Happy Meals and three sandwiches not even full meals. To make matters worse, the Happy Meals were shorted one nugget (only 5 of the 6 nuggets were provided).
Cleanliness was also a major issue. The lobby was dirty, and the bathroom appeared like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, which is unacceptable for a restaurant serving families and children.
Between the slow service, incorrect order, and poor sanitation, this location seriously needs better management and attention to basic standards.

A sloppy mess with half the ingredients missing after a 15 minute wait across the road from the sewer treatment plant. I’ve been to McDonald’s restaurants in 38 states, hundreds of cities, and this was THE WORST. They weren’t busy. It wasn’t a rush time. And I ordered double cheeseburgers. No mustard, pickles, onion, and the bottom buns were fused to the wrapper and soggy. The burgers were dry and hard with ketchup and cheese. Sound good? You will never get my business again.

It’s a training facility for kids so attitude and accuracy are hit or miss. I’d give em 85% The food is mundane and often too salty, but the convenience and some of the items are a constant draw. Iced coffee and daily doubles(add ketchup and mustard)are my weakness.

This place is just horrible. Staff is rude. Took them 30 mins just to order my food and for it to be wrong. Someone needs to go and clean the place up hire people that will do there jobs. No reason. To wait so long and still get the wrong food I would like to give this place no stars but it wont let me. Staff follow by example maybe it’s time for new management there

We ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, meal, LARGE sized. We were given a hamburger with no cheese on it, in a quarter pounder container. When i went to the counter for a correction. I showed and told the lady (she/him?) who was sitting down behind the counter [head down mind you] that our sandwich was wrong. She then touched the sandwich, said it was the right one and told me to take it. I laughed and said, “no you touched it!’ She then yelled and had a boy bring us a cheese burger to our table but it was on the SAME sandwich. I could tell because nothing changed about the pickles stuck to the top bun! This is NASTY!!! SAME SANDWICH she touched was given back to us. We didnt eat it and i fed it to the dog.

If you like overly salty fries (think dumping an entire salt container), you want to go here! I’m not a fan and ended up pitching them in the trash. On the flip side, this experience has turned me off to McDonald’s fries which will help with upcoming plan to get into better shape.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Waited 30 minutes on my order, gave me a strawberry shake instead of vanilla, just for the quarter pounder to be tasteless. Friends waited even longer.
