I ordered extra crispy chicken, and got original. Nothing against original but the only reason I fine at KFC is for the extra crispy. Also upgraded to extra side and large drink, I got regular drink. Was in a hurry and didn’t notice till I got home.

Honestly had a really good experience at this KFC. The employees were super polite and friendly and made ordering easy. You don’t always get that kind of service at fast food spots, so it definitely stood out.
The chicken was fresh, hot, and tasted great — crispy and juicy, exactly how it should be. Everything came out quick and was made right.
The store was also very clean, which I really appreciated. The tables and floors were taken care of, and the place just felt nice to be in.
Overall, great food, great service, and a clean location. I’ll for sure be coming back.

I been coming here for the last week and might I just say the lady in there Erykah is amazing. She made sure I got in and out of there with my food, drink, napkins, sauce … I mean she did not skip a beat. I definitely will be back because she has great customer service.

I went by after having a long day on the bus . Last night 3/7/2025 between 8- 8:20 pm, I ordered a four-piece combo. While eating my meal, I noticed the chicken wing I ate had something that looked like black lent all over it. Absolutely disgusting! I am not sure what this black material was on the chicken or how it got there, but I will no longer be ordering food here. If you dare eat here, please look closely at your food before eating it. I’m not sure what is going on at this location. The health department definitely needs to investigate.
