I ordered online and went through the drive-thru, but the line was extremely long and I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for my order. When I finally got my food, the large fry I ordered wasn’t even filled—it looked more like a small. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back.

got the new hot and honey sandwich via the app. what i got was a bun with a rubbery chicken patty and some hot honey sauce. no lettuce, no jalapeño crisps, no mayo… i ordered one food item and they got it wrong. it was not busy and they had plenty of staff.

We were wanting to grab food for our family real fast, but little did we know we will be there for almost an hour. We went through drive-thru and they say they are out of meat and other things. Then they make us pull over to the side and park. Around 30 minutes pass and when we got our food, we got HALF of what we ordered. The employee wasnt the kindest, but neither was the food. We got burgers, which obviously include meat, and didnt get 2 drinks, fries, and a few condiments that we bought. It wasnt worth the wait, but the food was alright… after we warmed it up.

Several times I’ve come to this location and was made to wait 25+ mins for drive-thru or curbside. The two stars I did give were simply for the staff running out with the orders. Friendly and apologetic for the kitchen’s incompetence.

Spacing between tables are enough. Atmosphere is calm. The thing that i got annoyed with service is they dont make use of the screen to show what number is being served. They just place the order on the table without saying a word and then when you ask them, they play deaf until you shout. Ample parking space. Not a play place

No paper in the bathrooms. Like no tp, no paper towels. Service is slow and the workers are kinda rude. Got to witness a Karen going off about the bad service, though, so it was at least entertaining.
