They are pushing “kiosk” ordering only – it takes longer to order on kiosk than having an attendant who knows what’s where for customer service and turnaround times – also, had to ask for a printed receipt as the kiosk was not capable of a printed receipt.
They are trying to “sell” extras by a way of confusing people at the kiosk who know what’s where they want and have to click for 15 minutes to simply place an order.

The gentleman that took my order was very polite. Kudos. The food….don’t waste your time. Got a nachos bell grande…asked for extra meat and cheese….nope…rather skimpy looking. Thought the meat was beans….just old meat. Got a grilled cheese burrito with chicken. 2 pices of chicken the rest was stale tasting rice and a ton of those nasty fiesta strips. Ordered soft tacos. OH boy…opened the first one…looked like they were from lunch left on the line. They were cold, lettuce was wilted, with a small dolup of sour cream. And grease everywhere. Threw them out. If you want Taco Bell…go to Emporia VA or Rocky Mount NC. Same place, same recipes, but MUCH better food. The one in Roanoke Rapids will give you something alright, but has nothing to do with food…well it does, but not in a good way. Stay safe out there…

Never in my life have I used the word phenomenal to describe taco bell’s food. Until today. I’m no gourmand by any means, I really only eat once, maybe twice a day. & I far prefer cooking for myself over fast food. However, of any & all fast food restaurant i’ve been too in my life. It’s safe to say that this taco bell is the first to make the food look like it does in the advertisments, & taste exactly how you’d imaging. It’s by no means a michilen star menu. But the staff here clearly care about the product they put out, & it shows. Maybe North Carolina is stricter about when wraps and shells and other such perishable’s have to be replaced, compared to my home state of Connecticut. Whatever the case is, I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to eat from the taco bell near my home in Connecticut again, at least not sober

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I thought my food was going to be fresh because I had to wait for it. But that was not the case at all. The chicken nuggets were overcooked and not good at all and neither was the crunch wrap. The crunch wrap was actually cold. The soda taste watered down. The seasoned fries were very good and actually it was the only thing I ate. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell.

They now have order kiosk, which even slows down the process more.I do not recommend this taco bell unless you have a lot of time for not very good food wow, this is my second review. I accidentally went back to be disappointed again. Food is terrible. Customer service is terrible. If I had my choice. I would want my money back. I did not eat the food I threw it away and left. Please don’t go to this place. It is very expensive, go anywhere. But here, thank you for listening. I recommend Don Juan’s it’s right around the corner and trust me. It is cheaper and much better, very quick.Customer service taco bell sucks please get rid of the kioskosk. They are very confusing the error just a way to sell you things you don’t need.

Went in because my truck is too big for the drive thru. Went to counter to order and employee came around and went to self service kiosk. I said I would like to get 2 crunchy tacos. They proceeded to just stare at me. They said come here and I’ll teach you how to use it. Told them no thanks and left.

Wow I didn’t know Taco Bell was so versatile with their menu. You can make almost anything vegan or vegetarian! I ordered from their self order screen and it was so easy. I will definitely be eating at Taco Bell again. I travel a lot and find it very difficult to find easy vegan options in the fast food industry

As a doordaser, that does at least 500 deliveries every month. This is one of my favorite places to come.. all of the staff here are so very polite and professional, and right? They make sure that things get done in the proper manner. The store manager, itruly is a beautiful soul. And everybody follows her guidance. I really wish that all of the other stores could be like this. Whatever you guys got going on here, keep doing it. And pass some of that on to the other restaurants in the area.
