First off, best service I have had while visiting the Peach State! Everyone is so nice but our server Aarynn really set the bar! I love Atlanta but I love Flying Biscuit even more and will coming back real soon! Thank you Aarynn for making us feel so welcome and displaying great service!

Food was great. Wait time was not bad at the time I went , roughly around 10:30 am. Located near terminus apartments. Parking questionable and valet is also questionable especially with prices. Clean restaurant. Delivery service will have to go inside to counter for pickup.

Flying biscuit is consistent across locations and the food does not disappoint (we have been to a few locations in the NC-CLT area). Great familiar biscuits – coffee was on point and served in a gargantuan (proper) ceramic cup. My first time getting waffles and they were light, airy and fluffy! I just wish the peach compote was a bit more developed flavor wise and a tad bit sweeter. All in all a very satisfying breakfast and would visit again! Tip: If you park in the garage, bring your stub to have it validated – will save you at least $8!

Quick walk across the parking lot from the Grand Hyatt. Ordered chicken and waffles and it was really tasty. Only mild complaint is the to go utensils are extremely flimsy, and really should be sturdier.

Michelle makes eating at Flying Biscuit feel like you are going over to eat at a family member’s house. I have a very intricate order, and she legit knows my order by heart to the point where I can say “the usual,” and it comes out exactly the way I’m envisioning every time. This has gone on for about 7–8 years now. It’s to the point where, when I call, I ask if she’s there because it settles debates on where we will go have breakfast when family is in town, as long as Michelle is serving. There have been occasions where we have requested to wait longer to be seated to ensure that she was our server, even when there were other places to sit, because we know she will roll the red carpet out for us every single time. If there were to be a manual on how to serve, she should be the author, and if there were to be a trophy for the most valuable at her position, she would be the MVP and the trophy would be named after her. She is the epitome of the unspoken intangibles that can’t be taught or bought because once you experience it, you consider it priceless! Whenever we dine out, we view everything that happens through a lens of “Michelle-level service” because once you know that type of service exists, you refuse to settle for less—because you know better!

My friend and I stumbled upon Flying Biscuit Cafe super spontaneously and loved it! Aaryn was super pivotal on our experience here as we had no clue what to get with such a full menu! She gave us wonderful recommendations, and was super sweet! The service also came out really quickly! Overall, 10s across the board. We will be coming back requesting Aaryn ! xxx

I’m not the easiest customer being from New York. I have a distain for grits. Michelle didn’t hold that against me and was nice to me regardless of my faults…..instead of grits I switched out to a yogurt parfait and instead of creamer I was difficult and asked for whole milk. As busy as she was she made it happen. The music here is great as well currently Lenny Kravitz fly away is playing

We enjoyed the centrally located Flying Biscuit Cafe, especially with its vibrant and cool artwork adorning the walls. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was decent overall. The standout for me was definitely the biscuits – they were truly amazing. However, while we had a pleasant experience, there wasn’t anything about the restaurant that left a lasting impression or made me eager to return anytime soon. It was a good visit, but not a memorable one.
