The people in the drive through were great. Food took a long time. When we got home the pop was flat in all our drinks and all our burgers were lukewarm warm at best. We live 5 minutes away so definitely not long enough to cool off that much. Tough to take at almost $50 for the order.

Hope you’ve got all day! Slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced, but I suppose it’s tough when you’re slammed with.. 2 customers? Chicken stars were cold. Waffle fries were pathetic, I mean look at them – it’s a carton full of whatever fry scraps were left in the bottom of the tray (at 5pm mind you) along with other clumps of unidentifiable fried something. Lettuce on the sandwich was mushy, scraped that right off. Awful.
And this one is really no fault of this location, but ordering through the app.. A 20% mobile order discount on a $7.49 meal does not come out to 30 cents, it should be $1.49 if we round down the fractional cent for the benefit of the business.

What do you want to know, it’s a fast food place. Carl’s Jr is one of the better places. Though this location was pretty fun as the lady who was helping us was very polite, patient, and understanding of our kids (who were having a bad day). Thank you Ma’am.

As a frequent customer of this location, I can say that the food is consistently amazing. The staff here creates such a warm and inviting environment. The employees here make their customers feel like family. You can see how much the staff care about each other as well and work phenomenally together!!

Lunch time service was subpar. Staff not so friendly, burgers were cold, fries tasted like the bottom of the fryer black stuff all over the fries! And the paper straws….. I ordered a shake and my paper straw melted before I could get the shake finished because the straw is paper there was zero suction. Bring your own plastic straw if you plan on ordering a shake.
My husband said the paper sack the order came in probably would have tasted better than our lunch did.
