Food and ice cream is always good. All the employees I’ve encountered suck. Drive thru at night time? If you like sitting in line for 20-30 minutes while all the teenagers screw around instead of working then yeah it’s a great place to go. The picture attached is our order in the mini freezer. We’ve been staring at it for 15 minutes while every worker inside messed around with each other, checked their phones, hopped around, laughed… then we got a “sorry something happened with a customer everyone is freaking out in here” as if we didn’t just watch them all waste everyone’s time. Either hire employees that actually want to work or don’t hire them at all.

Alright, I’ve been to this Dairy Queen over the last 20 years dozens of times. Since the local family that used to run it left and corporate took over, I will admit the place has gone down hill bad. But I took the family tonight and it was a great experience. The girl at the counter was nice, the food came out hot a fresh, and the blizzards were well mixed with lots of pieces in it. 5 stars for the night!

Incredibly rude! Never in my life have I ever felt more incriminated on by teenagers nonetheless! Ordered a banana split and the bananas were brown!! Yikes! The restroom was horrendous, it looked awful and there were roaches! When I tried to bring up that the bananas were brown I was met with incredibly rude teenagers who obviously did not want to do their job! They told me that there was nothing they could do about my bananas and declined me of my refund because I already ate some of the split. I can assure you when I say, DO NOT COME to Dairy Queen if you’re looking for a sweet experience.

I ordered a mint blizzard and it wasn’t mint. Still good and I ate it but disappointed it wasn’t mint.Also in previous years when I would go here they had cherry dilly bars as well as mint and they were the best. I really hope the new owners consider bringing them back. They would get a ton more business. The reason I’m giving two stars is because one they messed up my order and the customer service wasn’t the best. I say this because the person who took our order had told us to wait not nicely, and then when we got to the front, they didn’t give us lids until we asked and had attitude about it. I get not liking your job I once worked in a store but kindness goes along way. Please consider getting orders correct and possibly adding better dilly bar options!

Didn’t know you had to blend your own blizzards at Dairy Queen now. Spent 30.43 on 4 blizzards. Got home and realized there was no cookie dough or brownies in them. I dumped the whole thing out and found nothing. Went back to see if they could remake them and they said “we’ll we blend them together” well obviously dude but I didn’t pay almost 8 dollars a piece for slivers of inclusions in the cup. He literally handed up a small cup of brownie chunks and cookie dough chunks for our medium melted cups of ice cream. Wouldn’t even give this place one star if I could. Been going there forever but it’s horrible now. Don’t waste the money.

Very disappointing experience. We drove all the way from Herbert to this location because it was advertised as being open until 10 PM. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The teenagers working inside had already cleaned up, turned off the lights, and closed early. Don’t be fooled, this is not the place to count on for a late-night snack. As a business owner myself, I find this incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. If this were my store, I would be livid.
