First I would like to say Crystal is the best server ever. She was friendly and polite and all around a happy person. She deserves a raise! Tell her I said that. If you have ever read my other reviews you know I don’t say that often! She should be a trainer for all new servers. I have been to this one before about 2 or 3 years ago when it first opened and the service was not that good, they sat us in the bar area where it was loud and crazy we couldn’t even talk to each other across the table without yelling. But today was like night and day from the last visit and Crystal made it that way for us! I can’t say enough about her service. Thank you Crystal! I ordered angel hair pasta with meat sauce and broccoli it was delicious and those breadsticks were delicious. See photos. Overall it was a great experience and not that bad of a price.

Olive Garden is always a pretty safe bet in my opinion. You know what you are getting. But our server at the one in Chubbuck was OFF THE CHARTS wonderful! I wish I had written her name down to give her a shout-out! So so fun, sweet, and attentive but not obtrusive. Great sense of humor and handled our table like a champ! Sukuna was very pleased. Had the all you could eat pasta and it was fantastic. The pop tasted excellent. The service was a little slow but it was super busy so it was understandable. Our waitress Cady was so nice and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Sukuna was very amused for his first time in an olive garden. We had so many leftovers!

It was an amazing experience. I forget what our servers name was ( it was a week or to ago) but I think it was Abby. She was amazing, helped figure out what we wanted, had a very fun personality, and went above and beyond for us. It was only her first week there and she had apparently come from Dutch Bros (which tracks).
Honestly I’m mad that I didn’t leave a review sooner so that I was sure of her name. But she was the best, and we made sure to tip her accordingly.
I had there limited time meal that was brazed beef and tortellini, the brazed beef was delicious so tender it melted in my mouth. At the table was a little colder than I would have liked, but to be fair I do like my tortellini to be burn my mouth a little hot, but it heated up so well at home that I can’t complain. I think it was fantastic overall.
P.S the meal Abby helped figure out with my mom was a seafood Alfredo with, I think, cream of mushroom added and possibly some Portobello. it elevated and enhanced the dish so much I wanted to cry, it was so good. I was able to compare with the regular version so I can confirm.
I hope she is there again next time we go!

The food was good. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. “Good” is the theme – not great. There are better places in town to eat with better options.
The So What:
Olive Garden seems like one of those places that you either love or it is just So-So. For me, it has always been so-so regardless of if the town I am in or the time of day I go. The place looks special and feels special but is it? Not really. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good but there are better places to go. Food is too subjective to really imply a good vs. bad concept anyway. What one person likes compared to the person across the table . . .
Makes for a good date night I will say that.

Olive Garden, in Chubbuck, catered my brother’s funeral and did a wonderful job. They were on time for pick up, everything was accounted for, and the staff was incredibly kind and compassionate. During such a difficult moment, their professionalism and care meant so much to our family. We are very grateful. I would definitely recommend them for catering events.

They stuck us in a hole of a table. The people who got there after us got not only there drinks but there food. Waitresses couldn’t decide who was to wait on us. 2 other tables in our section was being forgotten as well. I ordered dr. Pepper wife ordered coke we got 2 glasses of what tasted like half dr.pepper half coke. All our food came together. Chips were burnt. The people who got there after us was finished and leaving when our food came.

Our server Breanna made us feel welcome from Twin Falls and was able to ask the right questions to help us choose our perfect meals. She was a great conversationalist, attentive to our large party, and made sure we had everything we need. Servers like her create regulars and give a great impression to the establishment.
