I have worked in Customer Service for 30 years and I am ALWAYS still amazed at Great Excellent Guest Service.- Customer service is a HARD job. A lot of people do not understand that you have to mentally prepare for the day!- You have a great team of Employees at store #7212. They were friendly, fast and efficient.- They were customer centered and they helped me when I was trying to make sure my kids had a snack before bed. I DoorDash this right now. It is by far the best Jack-in-the-Box I ever had it blows out the ones I have back home in Texas. Everything was really neat and everything was assembled nicely and perfect. Food is cooked well and it’s well put together. Whoever is managing this location needs a raise.

The service at this jackinthebox located at Eastern Ave near bonanza 580 Eastern Ave the service out of this world I walked in at 10:30 pm Thursday night I’m standing at the ordering counter, waiting for someone to come take my order. No one acknowledged me. There was someone taking drive through orders ,glanced at me and continued taking orders at the drive through. No one came to the front to take my order. Awful awful service I thought this city in which I live, prides itself in hospitality ? There was no hospitality to me I was didn’t get any treatment I didn’t even get a stare I got a glance and what the person went right back to work at the drive through window. This place sucks big time don’t go hungry or you will be upset.

I never throw away food, but man this place is nasty. My son in law ate the sour dough burger and liked it but got diarrhea lol. I got the southwest salad, took one bite and threw it away. I did eat the fried chicken strips but they were OK. My daughter got the lava cake and it tasted pretty store bought, dry. The jalepeno poppers were gross as well. Who is eating here ? Newly renovated location, but the staff quality is the same. They have one restroom for EVERYONE to use. Let’s just say that the restroom is not of importance to the staff. The urine smell plays with your nostrils as soon as you open the door. Floors filthy with dried urine around the toilet, littered with used toilet paper; I understand because the trash can is full. No toilet seat covers. No hot water to wash your hands, let alone no paper towels. The thought is if this is the only facility to use the restroom, what or how are the workers preparing the food washing their hands?
