After many years eating here. It all just seems the same. Don’t like the inside much but it’s nice.
The service was fast not many smiles going on but that’s everywhere now.
The food was pretty good. We really enjoyed the chips and salsa. Chunky thick salsa very delicious. We will continue to eat here.

Salsa was fresh and delicious. Chips were freshly fried but oil tasted rancid. Margarita was tasty. Fajitas a bit overdone. Beef enchiladas were good.

Dear owner! 5 stars for the food. Please, remind your employees to be more friendly and polite. I understand that I arrived 20 minutes before closing, but this is NOT a reason for attitude. Waitress was trying to convince me to order to go. And after I said I want to dine in, she made a face like I asked her to clean restroom in my home. Same with waitresses, looked at me like I destroyed their lives. My my accent was the reason, I dont know. Please, ask them.

My first trip to Ajuua’s was nothing short of Good & Amazing. I had food from the sampler and the Rib Eye Mexicano. Others in my group had Shrimp Cocktail and the Salmon dish. The Chips & Salsa were good too. The portions are big also. If you live in Midland you’re Blessed to be near this restaurant. If you’re not make it part of your “To Do List”. I definitely recommend trying this restaurant.

I’ve always said some of the best hamburgers I’ve gotten through the years were at Mexican food restaurants. Today was no exception.
My wife and I shared a burger and fries and both were good.
We usually ask for Stephen when we go there because we know his service is always spot-on. He was off tonight so we settled for someone else who was mediocre at best, and seemed disinterested. However this is an exception rather than the rule here.
The frozen margaritas here can be the best in town at times and taste watered down other times. I guess it depends who is in the bar.

One of the best Mexican restaurants in Midland. The service is great, The staff treat you so good and are so attentive. There’s absolutely nothing bad about this place. Best enchiladas and queso in West Texas. Love their Tio Chavas plate, Been my favorite for at least 15 years now. This is the spot for the best service, lovely atmosphere and great food.

Our rice was hard and dry but the rest of the food was great. Service was awesome and the atmosphere was good. No complaints really maybe it was just bad timing and our rice wasn’t that good. Overall we would try again.

It was a really disappointing experience. We were only checked on once throughout our entire meal. Never got offered more chips/salsa or refills. When the food came out, it was cold and tasted really bad. Its sad to see a once great restaurant fall to the ground…
