I actually was trying to go next door to Tuk Tuks but they were closed, so I thought I would give this place a try. I got the Bun Bo Hue and fresh spring rolls. The soup was very tasty (sweet, sour, spicy, and umami) would highly recommend. The spring rolls were fresh tasting with plenty of herbs, pork and shrimp. The dipping sauce was very good and there was plenty of it. The service was great.

We went here during Thanksgiving day, and we were surprised by the food. Tastes that you didn’t expect, dishes size perfect to share and end full. The local is nice and the personnel friendly. I’ll go again

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. It started off great — they sat us down and gave us our menus. But it took them 15 minutes just to serve us. We order potstickers it took them 40 minutes just to serve us simple appetizer, and they weren’t that great. I ordered the beef and broccoli, and all I can say is that it was AWFUL. The odor was disgusting, and the beef was basically raw. I didn’t even eat three bites. It was so nasty I had to covered my plate with a napkin and just had a drank my water instead.
I do not recommend this place. You’re better off eating at Panda Express.

I think the 4.0 rating is acceptable for this establishment. It is a decent place to eat, it’s clean, the staff is very nice and the food is ok.
I ordered the Vegetarian Tofu Pho with Beef broth and the broth is nothing worth writing home about. Very little flavor, had to douse it in Sriracha and Hoisin sauce to taste anything. The noodles and veggies were good and the Tofu was nicely prepared too for a pho style application.
Their egg rolls are ok as well, nothing great.
The staff was super nice but seemed a little overwhelmed with 6 occupied tables… not sure if they are inexperienced or just not used to having more than a couple tables taken.
Probably won’t come back since Pho is an incredibly saturated restaurant type and there are many much better choices in the valley.

The sandwich bread was outstanding! If I could combine the sandwich toppings from another favorite Vietnamese place of mine with this bread, we’d have a state winner for sure! Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was on par. Good imagery and decoration.

Pho was okay, order well done beef and brisket I think. Didn’t hate it. 😉 Wonton, egg roll, and Potsticker were good. Not bad at all. The coconut shake was okay, didn’t like the texture of it. But hey, it’s a shake. Service was horrible. The dude was sitting at the register on his phone while we were waiting for the check. I know it’s not busy but man, you still have customers in your restaurant.

My family and I used to love coming here but our visit today has made us never want to come back. The large oxtail pho only comes with 3 small pieces of meat which is disappointing considering the pho restaurant down the street gives larger pieces and a lot more.
The male server was dismissive and kept reaching over us when giving us our food.
We ordered the orange chicken with fried rice and the short rib sandwich. The portions were so small we literally laughed at first and the orange chicken had more slices of oranges than chicken (there were 5 pieces of chicken). Then they wrapped my sandwich in a Tropical Cafe sandwich paper. Like who repurposes sandwich paper? Bleh.
The pho wasn’t gross and that’s the only reason I’m not giving 0 stars but I don’t recommend coming here. Their service has gone down over the years.

This is my second time coming here as the first time wasn’t that extraordinary to begin with. Parking is decent unless there’s an event at the Maverick Center going on so be prepared not to find parking during those times and traffic is horrible as well. Got told this is under new ownership/management and menu been change a bit to attract new and previous customers. Atmosphere is well suited for the place when entering and was greeted by our server with no name tag or introduction to who our server is. On the menu, there’s a lot of choices to order if you don’t know what you want but it’s Pho so it’s what they specialize in. I order the Back Rib Pho large size and my daughter would order the Oxtail Pho regular size. It didn’t take too long to get our order within 5 min. I feel the regular size has the same amount of rice noodles as the large size but only difference is bigger bowl which i felt cheated on my rice noodles so I dink one star off. What impress me is the presentation on the Back Rib Pho as it came with 4 bones on my bowl. Let’s start with the broth, it’s a bit on the sweet side like sugar was added to the broth. As for the rice noodles, I felt it was just too soggy after eating it and maybe they just boil too long in the hot water. The main show is the rib bones, they literally ruin it…VERY HARD TO CHEW! So dont expect to fall off the bones so I dink another star off. Even the Oxtail Pho felt the same so it ruin my expectation for falling off the bone mentality. If I was the owner, I would like to get feedback from the customer how they can make it better but they don’t ask how our food er Pho was so I left disappointed and won’t be coming back. If you don’t notice the difference and Pho is the same like everywhere else, give this place a try if it’s to your liking.
