Went here for my grandkids to be able to play after they ate. Personally don’t care for far food but if you do, you’ll love their burgers and sandwiches. The best thing I can say is that the manager was very accommodating about heating me up some sweet tea as the weather was very cold. So very sweet. The staff was very nice and I attribute this to having a good manager.

I ordered a Whopper number one with half and half with onions and french fries and a sweet tea. When I got to the window I try to get I got my meal. When I tried to get ketchup the girl was rude and said they didn’t have any ketchup and slammed the window. When I got done out of the drive-thru I realized they didn’t get my half and half onion rings and french fries so it went back in and the nicest gentleman at the front register was so very helpful. He got me my half and half and he also got me a little cup of ketchup so that I could go. You need more employees like him and less of the girl out the window because she’s rude

Weren’t through drive thru Monday better 4:30 and 5 pm. They didn’t get anything in my order right. Took forever to get my food and I honestly won’t be going back to this location. Used to be good. I asked for no jalapeños got extra. Ordered 2 whopper Jrs one with cheese ask the way. The other without tomatoes or onions. Neither one got cheese and missing tomato and onions in the other. Fries were old and soft. I would’ve taken my food back but some how I figured they’d screw out up again. Wouldn’t recommend

Customer service isn’t necessarily bad but they act like they could care less about being there. Food and my coffee were terrible got the iced vanilla coffee and it’s basically watered down creamer with no coffee taste. The burrito I got looks like they cut my sausage and egg in half and only gave a portion of what it should be but ♀️ its super small for the price.

Food was good and hot. The drive thru line was way too long so we went inside. It wasn’t too loud and there’s a separate room for kids to play around with large windows so you can still keep an eye on them without listening to all the screeching. The customer service was good too. Overall it was a pretty good experience and I’ll probably be back at some point with the family.

Now I remember why I haven’t been to Burger King in 6 years, and they have a 3.7. Asked for a classic double whopper with cheese, no mayo in drive thru. Came home to find mustard (despise on burgers) jalapeños, bacon and no ketchup. Basically gave me a Texas Whopper. Gross. Should have went to McDonald’s.

Ive had better BK in IRQ. This place always serving cold food. And they always have the bathroom locked so guests can not use it. I’m guessing so they dont have to clean it
