Ordered online and took longer than what the app said t say it was gonna take , waited for my order even longer,by this time I’m very hungry then I get home and my order was missing the potato wedges that come with the queso, how can they miss an item that big!? Spending about $30+ on the food. Order the smashed potatoes bowl with nuggets which I paid more for the nuggets, it came without it. It is my fault that I did not check the food before I left. So, I called to ask about it, they told me to hold while they were going to ask the manager, but ended up with they hung up on me. Also, the chicken tenders are so tiny for the price I paid. Very disappointed.

This is the second time this KFC has screwed up my order! The crew assured me that I had 2 thighs this time and no. It’s 2 breasts. My family got none of the sauces and barely half the side of corn that was ordered. The corn also looked like it was from yesterday. Don’t order here unless you are desperate for chicken!!!

I ate inside and ordered using the app to make it easy to order favorites. This place is great! Very friendly staff and the place is very clean. I was there at lunch on Friday and noticed Maria checked and cleaned the dining room tables and floors twice while I was there! She is very friendly and takes pride in her work and keeping this place looking good. If you go inside and the tables are not all clean, I am guessing Maria is not working. Thanks to all the staff for making this a great place to eat and just enjoy my lunch break!

Got our order to the car and had the wrong bucket of chicken. My husband took it in and they apologized, pulled up our order to confirm and took the old chicken back and replaced with the strips we ordered. Mistakes happen. Opened up our fries and didn’t want to go back in yet again (should have checked it all before going in…)

My husband ordered dinner ($70 total) and one of our $20 tender fill ups consisted of bite size chicken tenders. Literally, the sauce packets were bigger than the tenders. I called in and the manager, Henry, did finally find our order (after some searching through the computer) and offered to replace the bucket that was not up to par. We have this issue with KFC’s before – where their tenders were more like nugget size – you would think the corporate office would try and remedy this problem with their food distributor. Customer service was mediocre until he found our actual order, (I think he initially thought I was just trying to get free food), once he found our order his demeanor changed drastically.
