Stopped in for breakfast and had a really solid experience.
First impressions: the place was clean, not too loud or too quiet (though it does have a bit of an echo). We were greeted quickly, which is always a good start. Coffee came out hot, fresh, and honestly tasted better than IHOP’s.
Food quality was great and portions were huge. For about the same price as IHOP, you get way more food and better flavor.
I ordered the biscuits and gravy breakfast — two biscuits already cut and smothered in gravy with two eggs. On a separate plate came two thick slices of bacon, two good-sized sausages, and some amazing crispy hash browns. Everything tasted fresh and well cooked.
My wife got the French toast sticks, which came with a generous portion plus dipping sauce, along with another plate of bacon, sausage, and hash browns. Again — lots of food.
Coffee stayed hot, service was quick, and everything felt fresh.
Our total was $51, which felt fair considering how much food we got and the quality.
Overall: clean spot, fast service, great portions, and better breakfast than IHOP for the same price. Would definitely come back.

I was in Pasco for work, and stopped by Magill’s restaurant for breakfast. I ordered the “Everything but” omelet with home fries and a biscuit. The food was delicious, fast service, and friendly people! Thank you!

Beware the portions are monstrous size! It was really good, we had the chicken taco salad and Mac and cheese. Delicious dinner, tons of options and breakfast all day. Desserts of chocolate and carrot cake looked amazing but we simply had to space left to try them- maybe next time!

The food was amazing, except for the burgers which weren’t bad, just fairly dry and the patties had been cooked without any salt or seasoning. So what could have also been incredible was just meh. We ordered 2 burgers, a breakfast meal, and the Chicken Pesto Alfredo Mac.
The waitress was awesome! And we’ll make the almost 3 hour drive at least once a month just for the giant cinnamon rolls!
Also the Chicken Pesto Alfredo Mac is phenomenal!

Hands down the best place in town! We’ve been twice. Both times have been hands down amazing.
The Huckleberry Sour was *awesome.* If you’re new to sour beers, definitely get a taste first but for sour lovers? OMG. It’s amaaaaaazing!!
For all you mac-n-cheese lovers out there- this is the place for you! The mac-n-cheese with pulled pork is absolutely to die for!! You absolutely have to try it!
Service is amazing and friendly, the parking is easy peasy and plentiful, and this place would rock for a family or friend gathering or even a date night!

Our visit to McGills did not go as expected. After placing our order, we waited close to two hours without receiving our food. There were no clear updates about the delay, and we felt forgotten.
We understand that busy days happen, but such a long wait with no communication is frustrating. In the end, we decided to leave without eating. We hope the restaurant works on improving service timing and keeping customers informed moving forward.

We were really looking forward to dining at McGills, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing after being seated we waited an hour to be seated then waited another hour to get food and it never arrived. There was no communication or update during the wait which made the situation even more frustrating.

We understand that restaurants can get busy but a two hour wait without receiving our meal is simply unacceptable. Sadly we ended up leaving without eating. We hope management can address the timing and communication issue so future customers have a better experience
We paid for our drinks and left.

We came on an Easter Sunday for brunch with a large party so there was a wait which we were fine with. By the time they were able to get us sat the restaurant was slowing down. Food took a long time, again we were a larger party. My breakfast was not as good as I remembered. You get huge portions but they were not cooked the best. Hash-browns were not quite done and pancakes were huge but burnt I couldn’t eat them. Chicken fried steak was soggy not very crispy. My daughter did enjoy her chicken sandwich and husband liked his jalapeño burger. So we might try some dinner if we come again.
