Food was excellent. Kalene was extremely passive aggressive and needs extra training. Creamer was dumped on the table by her when asked for more. She definitely should not work in customer service. We’ll go back because everything else was great, but hopefully she gets extra training by then or is somewhere else. Was out for breakfast with our adult children, been coming here for years. management was great!!

We where shown to a table and left waiting 35 minutes and not a single server showed up. Went to a different Perkins in west Duluth and our order was taken and drinks on the table within 5 minutes of sitting down. Horrible service at the Perkins on London road

We were late guests and had our food ordered for us by some family. Everything turned out how it should be and we were satisfied with that. The waitress seemed a bit snappy with our kids because they didn’t hear her when she was setting their food down. My burger was dry, but the egg yolk moistened it up. Other than that, there wasn’t anything really bad. Nothing stood out either for me to think it was above any other Perkins I’ve been to.

Absolutely amazing I have been to this location multiple times and ordered uber eats from here aswell, I made my uber eats order wrong, I called them right away and they fixed it before it was made, it came in 11 minutes from when I ordered it so props to the uber driver but also probs to Perkins who made it so fast that means it was made In Less than 11 minutes? Wow, well good job to you guys, great location, great view amazing staff. And they also support Give Kids The World Village(GKTW) which is a paradise place in Florida that gives kids dealing with life threatening illnesses through make@wish the best time of their life, when you go to GKTW it gives the best week of the kid and family’s life, my family went there so it really just hits home to have a restaurant you love support another place you love and you want a restaurant that is going to support places like that. Props to you guys and keep making those breakfast burgers.

Once again, my order was wrong from the kitchen. My potatoes were missing gravy, and the meatloaf had gravy and were sent back. Got the plate back, and the potatoes were cold. Sent back again and were just warm, but I accepted it because my party was already eating and almost done, so I wanted to get eating and not keep them waiting any longer. Also noticed that customers waiting long time waits for service at the counter. This Elk River Perkins is gone bad. The staffing is very under staffed every time I come in. Breakfast for four on a Sunday morning. I hadn’t been to Perkins in years, and while the menu still has a ton of variety, the food itself is disappointing—bland, generic, and lacking any real character or soul. They serve safe but forgettable diner food.
Service was fine—friendly enough and reasonably quick. Prices are what you’d expect for a family chain, but honestly, with so many better local breakfast options around, it’s hard to justify coming back.
