The McDonalds at 1776 N Military, Boca Raton, Fl on Sunday morning at 8:50 am handed out an egg mcmuffin sandwich through the drivethru window. The egg portion of the sandwich can only be described as overcooked, rubbery, greenish gray and appears to be a simi furtilized egg. The bacon has a shiny blue green tint as well. When I took my malformed product into the store this evening at 5:15 pm, the 2 women who seemed to be wearing manager shirts and making the decisions told me they werent there this morning and without a receipt they would not refund me my purchase. The drive through failed to give a receipt. But there is a grill ticket. This did not seem to count. How do they think I got the grill ticket? Apparently they don’t feel any responsibility towards their customers and providing inferior food. They refused to give me their names as well. I am tired of people in any industry feeling like it is ok to skate by and take payment for a service or product they will not take responsibility for. It is a $5.03 sandwich. A manager is not willing to say, I’m sorry, let me take responsibility for my place of business and try to create good customer relations. I am not asking for stock in the company or anything outrageous. I am asking for a business that would not exist without a customer base to treat their customers as valuable. I will be persuing this matter. We all deserve to be treated with respect and worth.

This is by far the best McDonald’s location I have visited during my three years living in the United States. From the very first moment, it is obvious that this restaurant is managed exceptionally well. The administrator does an outstanding job — the place is always perfectly clean, orders are prepared and delivered very quickly, and everything is always complete.
Unlike many other locations where items are sometimes missing from the order or fast food turns into “long food,” this McDonald’s consistently provides excellent service and efficiency. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the administrator, but he truly deserves the highest praise for his flawless work and leadership.
Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of service — it really makes a difference!

I need someones help immediately. I recently reached out about a terrible customer service everyone in Boynton beach, fl mcds from one of your MANAGERS. Now I am having another issue with your Boca Raton location. Upon placing my order at 3:12pm, I did not pick up my order until 3:32pm, 20 MINUTES LATER. I Am absolutely appalled by this terrible service, as all I ordered was a Large fry. Which came out absolutely COLD, i mean COLD! After waiting 20 minutes, I was greeted my rudeness, not a welcome or apology for the wait. But just asked what i ordered so rudely, then just handed the coldest fries ever. Waste of my money and time. Im so upset, I would like something done immediately, but who knows. The service is utterly unacceptable!

So… i go to grab my meal and one of the employees looks me up and down and proceeds to ask me why i got a big meal.. thinking it was a joke i just responded saying i was just hungry, (im a small person) proceeds to tell me that i basically didn’t need to get all this food and would’ve been satisfied with just the crispy chicken sandwich for breakfast. immediately i got uncomfortable with that and her judgement based off how i looked and how much i should be eating.. i have my food in hand and untouched because of that feeling of being ashamed to eat.

– chicken sandwich
– mango pineapple smoothie
all in all i got really uncomfortable with staff and felt very judged based off what i got.

I mean. It’s McDonald’s. It’s not fine dining, but I do like their fries. Very friendly service though, and unlike in Chicago, this one in Boca is not crawling with homeless people and I do feel safe here.

This location lacks integrity. i love ordering the guava pies and it’s pretty disappointing when you order delivery and when they arrive the pies aren’t cold they’re practically calcified. the pies have prolly been sitting under some lamp for hours. this is not a delivery issue. its really sad hopefully the location on federal is better.

Stopped here on a road trip and ordered four happy meals and two adult meals. Used my app and asked for table service because we have disabled members in our party but was told they didn’t know where our table number was and we had to come to the front to get it. The girl at the front had a bad attitude the whole time. I asked to refill one cup twice and was told I was not allowed. I had just thrown away my other cup so I told them I’ll just get it out of the trash because I need another refill and we spent a lot of money so we felt like we deserved to be able to refill the second cup. The manager said he would refill it but with the utmost attitude and then only allowed us to have half a glass refill. We decided to use the restroom before we left and there was poop all over the toilet. I would definitely not come back to this location and I would never recommend this location. I have never been to a McDonald’s where you aren’t allowed to refill the cup you were using and the attitudes from the staff were absolutely horrendous. It made me not want to even go to a McDonald’s again.

No indoor dining because of COVID-19. The chairs are on the table and they all cornered off with caution tape. The sandwiches were fresh and warm. Indoor restrooms were clean. They are still available for the public.

You always gotta check your order after the drive thru!!! I can’t deal with this anymore. Who’s gonna give me my money back for all the times they mess up my order and short me? Where can I even file a claim for a refund? So disappointed.
Today I ordered two combos and when I got home, my BACON Quarter Pounder didn’t even have BACON!!!

This was hands down the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The service was unbelievably slow, with staff more focused on their phones than helping customers. A long line of frustrated customers stood waiting for their orders, and no one seemed happy. While there was plenty of parking, it didn’t make up for the poor service and disorganization inside. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I won’t be coming back.
