We’ve ordered from this place many times over the years and they are consistently excellent, both for the meat and vegetarian burgers.
Today we had snafu with a takeout order where they had mistakenly put a meat patty in a veggie burger. We discovered this at home.
I called them and they apologized and then sent a delivery driver who brought a veggie burger for free and even added a free dessert. An outstanding example of customer service.

I was looking for a late night meal and you graciously took my order even though I knew you were close to closing up. Thank you and the burger was delicious even compared to what I have had in the United States! The fries and the sauces were also good and everything hit the spot! I would definitely recommend your place to anyone that I know from the states that happens to be going to Versailles!!

It’s apparently the go-to place from students at the nearby school Hoche and we completely understand the hype!
The burgers are tasty, they offer to switch for a veggie pattie on any of the burgers which is appreciated, the fries are exactly how I like them and the prices are normal (14 to 17 euros for a burger, fries and a drink)
However, the friendly waiter seemed to be a little in over his head and forgot our desserts despite us asking repeatedly for over an hour, he gave us his excuses though so it’s fine 🙂

My kids loved their burgers and fries. I got the Le Poulette and it was amazing! The curry sauce on this burger is delicious!
You can make any burger vegetarian.
The place is clean and prices good for the area. The service was friendly and efficient.
