Seemed like the burger was already made before I got there. They just put the toppings on that I ordered. The fries smelled like they were cooked in oil that had been used for the past week! You can smell that on food when they use the oil too long. The fries were way over cooked! I just left them there!

Wendy’s to me is such great food.
I give this place a 3 star no lie food is hot and good on a night that u just want that Wendy’s burger type of taste lol.
But the staff that work there are just kinda rude no smiles no hello have a good night no manners at all
They are fast with food I just hope one day the smile and be Lil happier.
But food is great 10 plus and

Food is good but they wanted to charge me 50¢ for BBQ sauce and didn’t include it with the nuggets. Went to a different location and they gave me 2. Now I know to avoid this location.

As always, went and got the Apple Pecan Salad with Ranch Dressing instead of the Balsamic Pomegranate Vinegar dressing that it came with. The apples were a little tart, but crunchy; the lettuce was also crunchy; the blue cheese was smooth; the carmelized pecans were sweet & tasty; dried cranberries were sweet and the chicken was moistened. All in all, it was a great salad.

Had Wendy’s and I came back into the restaurant to get a frosty But first wanted to use the restroom. Supervisor or mngr saw me but hesitated. Finally used it and came back out. I stood in line waiting on the customer before me, after helping him he ignored me and walked away? I waited but he wouldn’t even look my way. Bad experience. So I drove down to mcdees and got a desert.

The cashier was working very hard. Multitasking times five. When I noticed how busy she was, I made it a point to ask another employer for the catsup that I wanted. He had just returned from the dining area and gone back inside the work area behind the cash register. When I asked him, he simply told the busy, hardworking employee whom I was trying to bypass out of respect for her busy nature to do it. I would assume that he was the acting manager on duty. It really bothered me that he did that. If I could only rate the other employee that I encountered, I would’ve given a complete five-star rating.

I clearly stated that I want a sour cream and chive potato. Come to find out that they give me a bacon and cheese potato. I’m not gonna drive all the way back there for four dollars, but I’m pissed I’m not getting my money back. To add insult to injury I don’t eat bacon or anything that it touches so it’s basically ending up in the garbage.

wrong with the staff and service. Some of the
most horrendous service I have expirenced. I get
it sometimes when you order some sauce and
they forget, or they mess up an item, but come

that you can’t even read the order correctly?

unfathomable. My family and I love Wendy’s,
but this location has left an extremely bad taste
in my mouth. Then to make matters worse, you
accept orders till 12:30 on DoorDash, which
means you are open late. So why is it I call back
to back five times and you ignore the calls? it’s
because you know exactly why you are getting
a call that late because I am sure your mediocre
performance has bothered more than just me.
This is all me containing myself to leave a proper
review, trust that, because the real words I have
for you would never be posted if I wrote them.
