An absolutely exceptional dining experience. Every dish was beautifully presented and thoughtfully executed, making the entire meal feel refined yet comforting… I would definitely come back here to try the rest of the menu..

The oysters were incredibly fresh and briny, perfectly chilled and paired with classic accompaniments simple, elegant, and flawless. The salad was crisp and refreshing, with a creamy dressing balanced perfectly by light, airy crisps that added wonderful texture and old blue cheese with duck meat.

The main course Halibut fish was rich and satisfying, with a velvety pumpkin sauce and bins/ broccoli’s that showed real attention to detail and technique. Every bite felt harmonious and well composed.

And the dessert truly the highlight. Beautifully plated, indulgent without being overwhelming, and full of depth in flavor. The balance of sweetness, texture, and presentation was outstanding and left a lasting impression.

Service was attentive and polished, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale yet warm. This is the kind of place that turns a meal into a memorable experience. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back.

We did the tasting menu with the wine pairing and, unfortunately, it didn’t land for us — which was disappointing because the service, atmosphere, and vibe were genuinely great.

The team was polished, timed everything well, and the ambience felt “special occasion” in the right way. But the food itself came across muted: several courses felt under-seasoned, and a couple had flavour directions that didn’t feel cohesive for what we were expecting from a French tasting menu. I’m all for modern influences, but the overall arc didn’t read as distinctly French to us, and some plates felt more “fusion” than intentional.

For context, I’ve spent a meaningful amount of time in France/Europe, and I was really looking forward to this meal as part of a birthday plan (paired with the spa, which was excellent). Value-wise, it was hard to justify given how little we enjoyed the actual dishes.

I appreciate the professionalism of the staff — I just wish the tasting menu delivered at the same level as the service and vibe.

This restaurant is truly outstanding. The service is warm and attentive, and every dish is exceptional. The duck is unforgettable, with perfectly crisp skin and tender, juicy meat. The seasonal bone marrow, elevated with escargot, has a unique depth and complexity unlike the usual preparation. The crab salad is another favorite—refreshing, layered, and bursting with natural sweetness. Even the steak, cooked with classic techniques, stands out for its rich flavor, buttery aroma, and perfectly seared crust. Our whole family had a wonderful dining experience here, and we can’t wait to return.

Incredible experience. Food was fantastic. Service, excellent.

If you want a quiet dinner, I would recommend not going on a Friday or Saturday night

The best part honestly was the complimentary bread – it’s this warm brioche bun – so fluffy and goes great with the food. Unfortunately, I have no photo of it.

The service and attention to detail were exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to John Torrens, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We can’t wait to return.

Located inside the Four Seasons Hotel, we celebrated a friend’s birthday. The dishes were exquisite and delicious, and the service was particularly thoughtful. This is a good gathering place. The duck is a must-order dish, and the waiter will help us cut it before serving it.

Poor bland food and service that is mediocre at best.
They took 45 minutes to serve an omelette even though the restaurant was not busy. When it finally arrived, it was cold and poorly prepared. There was no butter and no bread options. I even asked for a piece of bread to eat with the omelette and was told they do not serve bread at brunch. No bread or basics. For around 100$ meal.

Only stale and dry pieces of baguette served with the tartare.
