Mannnnnn, Just a has splendid customer service experience with Hailey. I’ve always had great customer service experiences at Charley’s. Tonight Hailey went above and beyond on the double chicken Philly. She repeated my order back to me twice to be sure it was what I asked for and did it all with a smile. Hailey was pleasant to the other customers all while swooping up the other orders to the dashers. She was so calm even while multitasking. Oh yeah, the bathrooms were clean as well.

It was more about the customer service I received. After explain I did not like something in my order the manager questioned me and tried to argue with me about why am I returning part of my order? I just wanted them to correct it. He trying ro go back and fourth finally I just asked for my money back, refusing to give it back they finally corrected the order. But I was appalled at the behavior of the manager , I thought the customer was right. I just wanted them to correct the order but gave me hell about it. I will NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN…

July 2023: I was out late with the family, and we were hungry but tired of the same ole fast food deal. We had seen Charley’s and decided to give them a shot. Usually, we eat at Charley’s in a mall, but never in a in a free standing restaurant. We ordered 1 steak sandwich, 1 California chicken sandwich, 1 order of boneless wings with barbecue sauce on the side, and 2 orders of fries.
PROS:
* Good tasting food on par with Charley’s brand.
* They are open late until midnight, and people know it. The drive thru was very busy…so busy that I opted to go inside and order.
* They have a lot of staff on-site working to prepare orders. They were not as fast as I would’ve wanted, but then again, they were extremely busy at that time of night.
CONS:
* I ordered boneless wings with sauce on the side. However, my order came with sauce all over them. My daughter doesn’t like excessive amounts of sauce, so I ended up swapping meals with her.
SUMMARY: My first experience at this location was decent. I will return if I have a craving at night.

I don’t even eat charlie’s no more.But every time my mom bring me here or get it for me.It go hard. I swear if you’re not with the crew, you just not going to get the special treatment l o.L, but it’s all female crew and I don’t have to say I like my meat, well done.I’m talking about everything is laid and delicious and it tastes healthy.
