service was so good and the food is amazing!! this is exactly what we needed on a cold winter night. We came in 30 minutes before close and our server was still as attentive and the food came out so hot and fresh and flavourful!!! would totally recommend coming here!! the beef salad roll was our favourite and we also got the curry chicken and bun bo hue

The food here is soooo good! Would highly recommend their PHO or vermicelli. The service could be better, after we received our food nobody returned to the table… our server was eating at another table lol. Despite nobody else being in the restaurant. I’d still return for the yummy food though.

I came in to order takeout and was helped by a young gentleman wearing glasses. From the beginning, his tone was not very welcoming, but I let it slide. However, by the time I finished ordering, he told me, very rudely, to put the menu away (which I have to make another trip back to the front door to put it away). Honestly, I believe that’s part of his job. If he’s tired or doesn’t feel like working, he shouldn’t be on shift. If this is an attitude issue, management should seriously consider retraining or replacing him.
As someone who works in the food and beverage industry myself, I know customers expect a certain level of service and professionalism, especially from front-of-house staff. Because of this experience, I don’t see myself coming back, despite the fact that the food itself was good.
On a positive note, the other two employees were wonderful. Another gentleman kindly warned me that the floor might be slippery, and a young lady that brought out the food that I ordered with the brightest smile on her face. Their service was warm and attentive, and they truly represented what good customer service should look like.
I hope management addresses this issue and retrains the employee in question, as it affects the overall experience.

This is my third time visiting this restaurant. The food is excellent here, and the portions are large enough to fill you up. Good variety of items and they even have lobster pho. Their pho is definitely one of the best if not the best in and around Calgary and Chestermere. Good atmosphere and location.

The restaurant is spotless and well-kept, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We tried the seafood pho and the beef satay pho, both of which were absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. Everything was perfectly balanced and satisfying. I had a wonderful experience at Pho City Restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot—exactly how pho should be. The broth was rich and aromatic, and the portions were generous. The staff were also very friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
