Worse food and atmosphere! The Old Man doing the Buffett always glares at you and never smiles at all, he is the ruination of this establishment! He has always been hateful, and I’ve told the front desk about him, but he was always there!!! He is not a nice man!!! We stopped going there after last time about 2 years ago! We asked if they could bring out some fresh food and he said something in his language to one of the workers and they both treated us horrible, so that was the end of Chen Garden for us!!! Just Pure Awful, food, Service, and Atmosphere!!! “ONE MAN RUINED THE WHOLE THING, HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED ALONG TIME AGO!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR SURE!!!!! THE END!

Awesome fresh and taste oriental restaurant to enjoy a fresh and great food between family and friends. I don’t give them a 5 when there food is excellent because cleaning around is very low. Keeping very clean restaurant is the key to success when your menu is excellent.But if you put attention some areas never been cleaning.
I was in the restaurant and the corners, chairs, tables some wall around the restaurant was very nasty.
Here in US the Health Department is very strictly with the restaurant like your and today more than never before. You offered a very good food but this push me to giving you a 2 . I will return and if you fixed I will update and give you a 5 . If not I will take pictures posted here and do the appropriate.

For a Chinese buffet this place is pretty solid. Everything I tried was good. They’ve got a pretty big selection with lots to choose from. They have sushi and hibachi that I did not try but overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for descent Chinese buffet in Enid OK.

Paid $100 for family to eat around 7:30 only for all the food to be old, dry, and cold. A majority of the food options were also empty and we waited for the dishes to be refreshed but they never were. Employee attending the food kept stirring what was out but never replaced anything. It seemed like they mostly wanted us to leave and were cleaning up everything even though they didn’t close for another 2 and a half hours. Multiple members of our party ended up not eating anything at all and going elsewhere for food.

Arrived at 7:30 pm. The food was mostly empty and cold. We waited for them to refill the food and it just never happened. Workers walked up and down the aisles and nothing ever got refreshed. It was over $100 for 6 of us and we ended up going elsewhere so some of our party could get dinner.

I’ve had my share of Chinese buffets and this one isn’t to bad! A variety of foods and they look good! A dash of salt and it’s alright! The rest rooms are a bit dark and one stall not working, but hey, they had plentynof TP! With that being daid,I’d come back!

It was 12:15 pm and only 6 other customers when we arrived. Very small amounts of food in pans,not alot of selection like always before.most food was dry & nasty looking and cold.i told the server the food was cold so maybe the steam table needed checked. She told the man at the front counter & he seemed to find that very funny.,since he laughed about it! He told me next time to dig food out of the bottom, not the top. We paid almost $30 for food we weren’t able to eat & were actually scared to eat because it was so cold. I told him this and he just laughed. We were regular customers but we will never go back. It really seems to me that with so many businesses having to close their doors,that they would care more about serving quality food,that is kept at safe and appetizing temperatures,not laugh when customers make them aware of problems. We heard the people at the table across from us also complain about how bad the food presentation was & that it tasted so cold it was like it just came out of the refrigerator.I was not rude,but I know they could have done way better,as they always have before!

This is my second time going and I just absolutely love Chinese buffets! Not all the food is my favorite but I absolutely can never get enough of the spring rolls and sesame chicken ! They also have a sushi bar and you can see the cook making the rolls in front of you which is pretty interesting! At the end of the day my husband just absolutely loved everything and my kids approve of the noodles and dessert ! ❤️
