If I could leave zero stars I would, zero stars for zero items. If you go to this location order ahead. It’s the only thing they seem to pay attention to and avoid the drive thru at all costs. Over ten minutes waiting for two drinks. I ended up leaving without my drinks because that’s ridiculous to have to wait that long especially when the majority of the car hop stalls are empty. What are the employees doing there just standing around for no reason.

Just wanted to try the pickle stuff.. slushy was not pickly, more limey.. the popping boba was fun.. the actual Grillo’s pickle was delicious though.. ordered fries but was given tots.. it was, however, corrected, so that was good.. flavor was not pickle enough for me..

This is the second review I have left and the service hasn’t improved in 3 years from my first review. We placed an online order, pulled to the “mobile orders only” spot #3 and checked in on the app. Waiting there about 5 minutes and tried calling the number listed, waited on hold for about 2 minutes to get an automated response that no one was available. We moved to a normal spot and pushed the button. This is about 10 minutes after the app said our order would be ready. They informed us our food was being cooked still. We waited another 10 minutes and then requested to speak with a manager. The manager came out and we barely got any kind of response other then, let me go check on it. Our food came out a few minutes later and at this point it was about 25 past our ready time. Such an incompetent location. Also forgot our sauce and napkins. Not surprised at this point.

I ordered a corn dog and fries, added mustard on the screen for the corn dog, and assumed (like most people would) that ketchup would come with the fries. When the carhop brought my food, there was no mustard or ketchup included. I asked for ketchup and was told there would be a $0.10 charge per packet even though I just ordered fries, which typically come with it.
To make matters worse, they only gave me one mustard packet (because it was printed on the receipt) and didn’t offer anything else unless I paid extra.
So just a heads-up: if you want any condiments with your food, you must add them during the order on the screen or they’ll charge you for each packet at the window regardless of what you ordered.
Extremely disappointing and honestly frustrating. Charging customers for ketchup and not training staff to at least ask is a terrible customer experience.

I had a horrible experience at this location today. I put in an order ahead of time, paid for it, and was expecting to get it quickly upon my arrival. Instead, what happened was I sat in a stall for 20 minutes with no service at all. There were three employees sitting at a table outside, and no one even looked my way. Was anyone even in the kitchen??? To make matters worse, they were also passing some sort of vape back-and-forth between each other. Sorry, but I don’t want to have food from an establishment with employees acting like that in plain sight. I ended up leaving without getting my drink. Go somewhere else!

Sonic is one of my favorite fast food joints and this location always gets my order right! Mia was my carhop my last visit and she was so kind and made sure to ask if i wanted any extra sauces etc. Friendly staff, fast service, and everything comes out tasty! What more can you ask for?

The worst sonic I have ever been.
The location is terrible. I’m stopping for dinner at 5 PM. The carhop spot is directly in the sun. The drive-through is in the side.
I ordered onion rings and a chili cheese cone. The Coney was dry. Chili was seemed like a day old onion rings were not even fully cooked. Carhop personnel kind have attitudes took five minutes to get at your ketchup. My sake was like a soda, I knocked it over by accident and it spilled everywhere.

Came at 10:20 pm, even though on maps it says they close at 11 pm. We went through the drive through and they had turned all the lights off, but when we passed by the window a worker was standing there staring at us and walked away.. closing 20 minutes early is understandable but 40 minutes??

Service and food are good! However, the main reason I go to Sonic is to roll my windows down on a beautiful day while I wait for my food. Whichever manager or higher up cursed the store with the volume and content of the music needs to peep this and do better. I’m sitting with my windows UP and the music is baring down on me. It was hard for them to get my order and I heard “I’m sorry I’m having trouble hearing you” more than once around me. I would quit after a few days of this nonsense. It was clear the staff was inconvenienced. I’ll be hearing the shrill voice of the “child actor” on your radio ad in my nightmares! Happy Halloween!

I always feel so welcome at this Sonic drive-in. My favorite car hop is a young lady named Mia, she’s always so sweet and kind and always has a smile. The burgers are always so tasty! Definitely a great lunch spot.
