Pizza is good but the staff is not to hot!
we got the strombolis with the pepperoni and couldn’t eat them do to the casing, still on the pepperoni’s. the staff said not their problem it’s the same pepperoni they always use. I am a local in the Deep Creek area!

This IS NOT a pizzeria. This is a world class Italian, 1st class, top of the line restaurant. The food is second to none. I have paid 3 times the price for a lot less quality. Our server Jodi is one of the best ever as well. WOW what an amazing experience.

I’ve officially found the next place I’m gonna annoy my friends about trying for the next few months. How good is the pizza? The bartender informed me that fairly often people will come down from Tampa just to try it. Not only did I not question this fact but I immediately understood- it is exactly that good.
Recent remodel is really well done, the bar and high tops are very nice and cozy. Speedy, friendly service. I couldn’t think of something to complain about and I nitpick things for fun, even things I really like.

1-25-2026. We decided to order pizza for our lunch today at work. I was so excited looking forward to it. We paid $65 for two pizzas. The slices of my pizza were so burnt and the crust was so tough. My jaw hurt eating it. I am just really disappointed. I can’t tell you how much I was looking forward to eating this. I did not ask for it well done either
I have raved about Bella Napoli for 20 years .. Has always been our place for birthdays and family get togethers. I left today feeling disappointed for the first time . I ordered their chicken cutlet Parmesan meal As I have for the past 20 years. The chicken cutlets were so thin I was actually stunned. Thin and chewy 🙁
As I said, I have been a lover of this restaurant for a long, long time. And I will go back and order that chicken cutlet Parmesan And pray that it is wonderful as I’ve always remember it . One last thing I was also very very disappointed that a salad no longer come with the meals. Why did you have to stop doing that? please start including them again. It really made my dining experience there very enjoyable.

It’s been quite a while since we posted our first review — and at that time, it was a very positive one. Unfortunately, things have changed, and not for the better. The restaurant appears to have taken a different direction in terms of both quality and pricing.We’ve always ordered either the Veal or Chicken Parm with Vodka sauce as our main dish, but every visit brings a new upcharge — first $7, then $8, and now $9 — all with the same explanation: “because we make everything from scratch.” That reasoning just doesn’t make sense. I don’t mind a fair upcharge, but these amounts are excessive, especially considering other menu items with Vodka sauce aren’t priced nearly as high.Even more disappointing, the quality has noticeably declined. The proteins are consistently overcooked, and the Vodka sauce pasta no longer has the same flavor or consistency it once did. It’s disheartening because we truly loved this place in the beginning and used to dine here 3–4 times a week.I genuinely hope management takes these comments seriously — it’s time to revisit your pricing and have someone consistently check the quality of the dishes coming out of the kitchen and pizza station.On a positive note, when we’ve sat at the bar, we’ve been greeted by Steve — a very polite, hardworking young man who clearly cares about the place. He’s always attentive and hustling. Perhaps giving him a leadership or managerial role could help improve consistency and customer satisfaction.Sadly, unless things change soon, you’ll continue to lose loyal customers who once raved about this restaurant.

Our first time trying this restaurant and it’s amazing. Its really hard to find great pizza locally but this place is now our favorite. We got 2 different items. A plain pizza and The heart of Parma both were fantastic.
