Messed up my order and left stuff off that comes with my order. Called and spoke to someone who couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. Not happy. Shame on this place for taking advantage of people.
Edit: stopped by this morning and coffee comes with the meal they replaced that they messed up. They charged me almost 3$ for a cup of coffee. The customer service in this place is non existent. I’ll be calling corporate. Manager was so rude when I came by for my remake. Epic fail.

I placed an online order and when I got there I was told they didnt have my order , he even tried giving me an order that wasnt mine so I had to drive all the way down belknap to other location to find out the jack n the I just left DID have my order and when I got back to that jack in the box they had given my food to somebody else , so the very rude Hispanic guy called the cops to report theft , …I dont who HE GAVE my food to but they didn’t steal it HE GAVE IT TO THEM … then after actually receiving my order I tried to give my number for the officer that came to take report and the Hispanic guy started to raise his voice and got very aggressive but why you gonna report a theft on somebody WHEN HE GAVE MY FOOD AWAY , HE messed up and now someone else pays the price FOR HIS MESS UP??? Make that make sense to me !!!!

Attached my receipt as proof, stopped by on my way home from work and got a big Smash burger combo. I asked for them to remove the middle bun from my burger, and they charged me $1 sub charge! Literally getting charged for LESS FOOD in my burger, then getting taxed on that charge is ridiculous! $1 isn’t a big deal, but charging anything to remove food is simply unethical. The female employee working the drive-thru claimed this regulated procedure at all locations. If that’s true, I will never give any Jack in the Box my business again! $17+ for a combo meal is outrageous for the quality of food you get!

For LGBT and transgender like myself didn’t feel like I was at all wanted there. I would assume this is Hispanic owned because there are nothing but those workers always there. Will not be going back, I just know they talked about me when I left out the door. Sunday May 1st 2025. 9am, will definitely find breakfast options elsewhere that actually have customer service and not a mean looking face staring at me.

Went here just after midnight on a Saturday and the guy in the drive through had large hickies on his neck. I paid with a roll of quarters as I often do and he told me that he cannot accept that. Actually three different times he told me he could not accept that. I told him it’s money it’s rolled. What’s the problem and then I paid with three Susan B Anthony dollars and he was looking like they were fake. He was rude and handed me my food and change and didn’t ask if I needed any condiments. I had to wait for him to take someone’s order while he’s standing there in front of the window saying that I need something else before he finally opened it up and gave me two ketchup when I asked It’s unlikely that I will return here

It smells nasty in there. Nothing but homeless people in there too. When Jack in box made the “muchies menu” we all knew why. Because jack is for crackheads mainly. The burgers are nasty. It had been 5years since i stopped going to Jack. Now i remmember why. The guy taking the orders speaks clear spanish but pretends not to. It is funny to me when people reject their culture.
