As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I get rally’s every few weeks, and the popcorn chicken everytime has been too hard to eat.
Its made me stop eating there over time, and I got chicken strips and 2 were cooked with each other and connected, super gross and hard to eat. Was soggy and not cooked all the way. Please do better or I won’t be eating here anymore, please.

I haven’t been to rally’s since I put the review, and the same thing happened to me again. I spent $11 for 8 chicken strips and instead I got 2 strips and 2 cooked together strips that weren’t cooked all the way in the middle and really slimy, and in exchange for not giving me all my strips they just put 5 pieces of popcorn chicken in without telling me anything. I spent $11 and was only able to eat 2 strips, that were almost not edible.
I guess I’m not coming back here again.
I tried giving it a few weeks and the same thing happened, I hope people stop eating here.

By far my favorite Rally’s! But this past experience with them really takes the cake. While waiting on the most amazing wings in Anderson we experienced a rude customer and before we were even able to react Katie and the MVP Gina jumped into action and defended us, professionally and with a smile. We already LOVE their service but we got to see how they LOVE their customers. Shout out to Isaiah as well. My forever Rally’s ❤️

Looking for an unhealthy, greasy fix? This is your place. Nobody comes to Rally’s for nutrition or class. This particular spot ALWAYS gets my order right, and the people are super friendly. Fries never cold. Drink never flat. Heighten your mood and possibly your cholesterol levels by coming here. Its to die for.

Won’t come back. Placed a mobile order that included 2 apple pies and at drive thru they were telling people they were out of pies. After a 35 min wait with only 3 cars in front of us we get to window and they tell us the orders not ready and it’s going to take a min. Never addressed the pies so we asked and they told us they were giving us pies. I said we already ordered fries and didn’t need anymore can you substitute a shake instead. She came back and said the manager said no that you can have fries. This whole time
we watched the manager go out for a smoke and hang out with someone parked there then go back in just to bring their friend a milkshake and hang out some more. After refusing to accept my extra fry substitution they offered funnel cake fries for my 2 apple pies and since it was clear that was the most her manager was willing to do I accepted and had to pull ahead while they made them. At least it gave me time to write this review and let others know not to expect what you ordered or what you’d like if they are out of something and when you do go prepare to wait and wait and wait.

DONT go in the EVENINGS!!!! The so called manager will tell you to hold on at the speaker just to have a whole conversation on the phone with her “baby” man I’m assuming over the intercom. She’s ALWAYS outside in that lil storage shack next the speaker smoking weed with a young girl that wears glasses it will linger into your car and forget it if she hands the food out she smells like straight weed. She will tell you they are out of something or have you waiting so she can take food out to cars and get in their car all while you’re waiting on your food. There is one guy that works later in the evening older bald man he does good getting the orders together and out for us door dashers, but her lol you’ll be there an hour. Plus the evening manager talks down and so badly to her employees, I feel for them half of them are kids. Instead of getting the orders out the door she prefers to be on her phone playing games or watching something on it, hard for dashers to make money and for those that have lil hungry kids. That’s not all either you will be waiting while she’s on her phone and the store filthy!

This Rally’s used to be good. Lately it just sucks. The people always have an attitude like your order is distributing their smoke breaks. They have forgotten food the last few times. We’ve tried to give them chances but we’re over it now. This place just sucks now.

I ordered online late night and my wings got forgotten. The next morning I go back to make it right and I was told they’ve been out of wings for 3 days straight, so I was told to come back the next day and the staff and management were super nice and very accommodating! Very pleased with my experience.

Ordered online so could skip the wait and hoped they would get the order right. Driver got home with food and we started checking we were missing 1 large fry and of course 5 Apple pies. What is it with this place never wanting to pies in the bag. The fries we did get were so soogy with grease that you could wring the grease out of them. They are glued together they are so greasy. This just might be our last visit to Rallys. Thanks Anderson
