As I continue to make my rounds of all pizzerias in the area, I stumbled upon this no frills take out pizzeria.
First thing first. I was pleasantly surprised that a large cheese and pepperoni pizza was only $16!
The pizza was cooked to perfection. The crust is homemade and golden brown on the bottom. Plenty of cheese and pepperoni used. Now on to the sauce. I think this is one of the better pizza sauces out there. It reminds me so much of the sauce used by the old Pizza Queen on Lovejoy when I was a kid. I haven’t found anyplace close to it until now!
In my opinion, the only thing that could make this pizza better is cup and char pepperoni.
But all in all it’s a great pizza for the buck!
It definitely warrants a rare soon return visit from me so I can try their wings.
