I would like to start that this is not the first time and I wish I didn’t have to write this. I went through the drive through and ordered a large smores blizzard. I get home and notice that I am seeing no graham cracker and it mostly tastes like vanilla, so I go to mix it and see all of the mix ins at the bottom taking up half of my cup! I had to hand mix it and after all of this my ice cream is starting to melt and size wise is not a full large either. This sucks because I really enjoyed DQs smores blizzard but recently I haven’t been able to enjoy it because it’s half liquid by the time I get home and mix it.

Don’t order a big order for your family you will spend more time telling them something is wrong than you will spend actually eating. Big orders seem to stress these kids out. Maybe order one item at a time.

Dairy Queen’s quality has definitely dropped and the prices have gone up. The food is the quality of sonics food but over cooked and dried out. Got the meals, my burger was undercooked and the chicken was over cooked. They don’t care to fix anything. Better off eating sonic.

Generally I go inside but I went through the drive thru and they completely messed up my order, and they had poor communication with each other, the chicken tenders were extremely dry and tasted like they had been sitting for forever. Never had these problems in the past but this was quite disappointing today

Although steakfinger basket is good not great anymore. They will give you old fries and “floppy” steakfingers. Quality has been going down. I just recieved this chocolate dip cone. Ugh…didn’t feel like arguing to get a replacement.

2nd time we had dry rock hard burgers that seemed to be left on grill, after leaving nearby hospital. Dressing request not followed on 2 of 3 burgers. One more chance some day, if 3 strikes, they are out, we will no longer visit.
