The gentleman running the window was wonderful. However the dark-skinned woman with the microbraids with her hair tied up in a bun needs in the front of the store needs to fired. I was waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru for a baked potato. I was never told a wait time, and had to pull ahead so after 10 minutes of sitting pulled ahead I went in to the store to just check on it. I asked the women at the counter and she did check on it for me. There were only two employees in the entire store.
They asked what kind of potato I had ordered (sour cream and onion) after throwing a handleful of cheese on it. She rolled her eyes and I watched her pull all of the cheese off and then prepare my potato. I didnt think anything of it until I got home to eat and my potato is DROUND is some spicy ranch-like dusting sauce. Definitely not sour cream. I VOMITED. I WILL NEVER RETURN.
I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
YOU DO NOT SERVE GUESTS FOOD THAT THEY DO NOT ORDER WITHOUT TELLING THEM THIS IS ASSAULT. 10/11 ~6:10PM ORDER TIME.

I thought this Wendy’s was getting better! NOPE!! Long lines, too expensive for the amount of food that you get!! Asked for extra dressing and got NONE!! Had to turn around and go back. I went inside this time. All the employees just kept looking at me and never acknowledged my existence!! Just looking at me like duhhhhh. Come on man. Get it together people!!!

The line is wrapped around and only 4 people working. They lady was really nice and orders were out fast! Spacious seating area with sofa corner! Wendy’s is becoming more and more comfortable.

Went there today at 1/12 at 4:51pm. Two cars were ahead of me before ordering. I got to the speaker to order a single with cheese and a large Coke, she was rude, cut me off mid order, and told me to wait. Okay, I don’t mind waiting but don’t be rude about it. I get to the window, she shoves the coke in my hand and it spilled on me. At this point I just hoped my food would be there so I can get the heck home. Nope! Pull forward. I sat there 13 minutes for a single with cheese. No one was inside eating, there wasn’t any sort of line because one of the two cars just left and the other had to pull up too. When she did finally bring me my food, all she said was, “here”. Like okay, thanks. I had hope that this Wendy’s weren’t like the other Wendy’s I’ve been to. Nope, I suggest going elsewhere for something “fast” food.

Wow I have NEVER been so disappointed at a fast food restaurant like this before!!! This is called fast food for a reason, I waited 5 minuted for my food and they didn’t even get my son’s food right. My poor son Jenson!! He asked for no lettuce and tomatoes because he self diagnosed himself being allergic to them because he would cough once every time he ate it!! I sent the burger back for them to remake it and they gave the a horrid look I even found a pink and purple striped nail in my meat patty!! These workers should be fired!!!!

The workers were nice but corporate had the heat up SO HIGH that it was miserable inside. I honestly do not know how the employees were standing the heat with no way to turn it down!! We will not go back in the winter,

If I would eat what was I just got from the drive thru I would die from food poisoning!!! The lettuce is brown and slimy! They wouldn’t do any substituting and all the other Wendy’s do it. Fries are cold and hard as a rock! On a very tight budget right now as are so many others. $35 for a dinner we cannot eat. Guess we will be going without food tonight! Thanks Wendy’s!!

There was absolutely no one in line. Ordered two burgers and I kid you not they were cold. Not room temp. Cold. You would think it would be fresh since we waited about 10 minutes… ON A MOBILE ORDER… How does this happen????

By far the worst location in Huntersville. The woman working here is absolutely unfit for any customer-facing role — completely careless, and dismissive. The rest of the staff are no better — slow, unproductive, and seem to have no sense of urgency for customers.
This was my third visit after seven months, and unbelievably, the service was just as terrible every single time. There were only three cars in the drive-thru and three customer inside, yet it took 25 minutes to hand me a single sandwich and they did not fulfill the other order i placed 30 mins ago.
I’m beyond frustrated. This place is a total embarrassment to the brand.
