Absolutely will be back thanks to No other than Daniel!! He definitely needs a raise and a pat on the back! I came in at 3 in the afternoon and he made sure I had fresh pizza of my choosing! Im from alabama where we take care of our own, and I can truly say this was the homestead feeling ever! The food was delicious and perfectly cooked again BY Daniel store 113!!! If you want pizza and good company THIS is your pizza store!!

I used to really like this location. Today I went in for lunch, the manager (big black guy) couldn’t care less if I walked in or not. Playing on his phone with some video blaring, he barely acknowledged my existence. The food is not as good as it used to be and employees seem like they don’t want to be there. Customer interaction is nonexistent. The owners probably never visit the store so it will be run into ground by worthless employees. All good things come to an end I guess.

The fact that we came in and the facility wasn’t super packed out. Yet the food was still fresh. There was a graduation party and then what looked to be a church group come in.
I felt an internal excitement when I realize that the staff immediately took it as a challenge and begin working to make sure that the buffet stayed full.
It was exciting to meet the front end attendant which may also be the manager I’m not really sure.
He was so nice to his team and complimenting them and thanking them for their efforts. That was truly a breath of fresh air compared to some people have seen in the past.
Also got to see the new oreo pie ❤️

I needed a table to work at, and lunch. Cici’s has never failed me, and today was no exception. The young man who rang me up, Michael was very personable and brought a smile to my face. I needed it. Food is tasty, can’t speak to rest of the fountain drinks but the Dr pepper is mixed correctly! It’s mostly empty on a Wednesday, before all the schools have let out. Perfect for my choice of table! I can’t stress how much I needed a smile today, Mr Michael might just be the bright spot I needed to turn a rough day around.

I really do wish I had pictures but this has always been one of the best and my favorite pizza places of all time. They have specialty, very unique types like spinach Alfredo pizza, cheeseburger pizza, BBQ pizza, and so much more. And it’s all the same price if you just got cheese pizza all on its own. I highly recommend it and I recommend the large not huge size cause it’s not needed. The only large one I for sure can recommend is the stuffed crust pizza which I got for the BBQ pizza. Also I got an order of cinnamon rolls. So it was large spinach Alfredo, cinnamon rolls, BBQ stuffed crust, and a huge meat lovers pizza. It was only around $20-$25. They used to cost much more and now it’s much more affordable and just as good of not better than they used to be!!

Saw a worker come out of the restroom and did not wash her hands. I address the manager in duty and she said she’s just got off the clock! No excuse I was in the restroom with the worker and saw the whole thing. For the manager to say she just got off the clock and seem not to care she washed her hands was very concerning. Does these means you don’t care for hygiene and if someone get sick how can you explain this process! And to add no gloves are used while handling food.

Terribly filthy. Disgusting. On March 17, we came here. The floor was covered with trash and food debris. Many tables were unbiased. Customers were cleaning tables to sit. I’m 52 and I’m not certain I’ve been in a restaurant this dirty. In 40 minutes nothing was cleaned by staff.
To make matters worse, for about half our 40-minute visit there was one pizza on the buffet & the salad dressing bottles were all empty.
I counted 5 employees, so I’m not sure why the failure.

How is this place still in business? Bugs crawling on the food, almost 10 minutes for someone to walk over so we could pay, ignored three times when we asked If they could put out a certain pizza, and it’s been worse and worse every time I’ve gone back for the last 5 years. The rough review score of this place is not as bad as it deserves.

We normally go to Stevie B’s but it is closed so we settled for Cici’s. I had not been to this location in a while. I was surprised at how unkept the restaurant was. There was dirty dishes on the table were customers had eaten that had not been cleaned away. The salad bar had been picked over and there was food in containers that should not be. For example, pineapples in the cucumber container. Needless to say I passed on the salad bar. The restroom was not very clean. Some of the pizzas were fresh and the staff was nice and friendly. I had a made to order pizza that was very good. Cici’s is Cici’s, cheap decent food. I would have given the place at least 4 stars if it had not been for the unclean tables, picked over salad bar, and restroom. We went in the middle of the day and week. It was not even crowded. Come on Cici’s.

It was an OK place. The food was pretty good. Through Alfredo sauce for the noodles was very watery. The spinach pizza stayed in the oven a little to long. It was relatively clean. Could have been better but wasn’t nasty.
