For the love of me I’ve ried to give them the benefit of the doubt but at some point paying attention and comprehension has to come to play. 2 days in a row my order was wrong including the sauces that I asked for. Even on the Mcds app, they got things wrong. The after midnight drive thru shift is Phenomenal !!

We pull up to the window at abt 1:30 am and we understand that it’s late but we tried to get a Big Mac and they told us they stop making those at 1am which is understandable I get it’s a lot of work but then we try to order $5 meal deals and we’re told they don’t sell ANY burgers after 1am! WHAT?!?
We just settled on the mcchicken meal deal and when we got our food the worker simply said “here” and walked away. And we were not rude at all so I don’t where this came from.
Not to mention our food tasted like crap apart from our fries.
Moral of the story… don’t come here after 1 am.

Pricey McDonald’s. Would not honor free sandwich receipt coupon AND free app reward on same order. Never had this issue before at any McDonald’s. Solution-I order with app and hubby order separately for sandwiches. The employee said that they were concerned about the promos they were giving away. Result was more work for employee and inconvenience to customer with same free promos given. Duh!

The employees only used Spanish when communication with each other, and they couldn’t understand my English spoken order. It took 3 people to get my food made close to the way I wanted. They didn’t have mild sauce, and I spent $24 on 2 medium-sized combos with an upcharged beverage. I’m not happy with them at all. At least it was a clean space.

this place was horrendous. the worker screamed at me, my food was cold, and they gave me the wrong drink. I’m pretty sure my worker thought I was gay because of my hairstyle as I am Indian with long hair. very offensive.
