Hands down the best sub I’ve had. Fresh ingredients, perfectly made, and full of flavor. Service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean. Jersey Mike’s never disappoints, but this one especially did it right.

Horrible service. Wouldn’t accept my code from app ( B2BFREEREG) left off tomato, onion, oil and wanted to argue when I reminded him about my mayo when I clearly said mayo please. I also requested no ham due to salt restrictions so I cut out salt where I can ( I save salt ration for pickles) but black guy doing the slicing put it on right after I asked him not to. Receipt says cashier was Tammie but it was a young guy rushing and not being accurate. I will never go to this location ever again and will probably only those that support first responders. Teach staff to slow down, listen and be accurate .This company doesn’t support first responders so I will not go there.

You can sit down and enjoy your meal instead the restaurant if you want too it is open. The place is clean. I had to go inside to order my food & have the stuff assembled it for me.
The staff is friendly and if you are hard of hearing they will actually come out from behind the counter and take your order. I thought that was incredibly sweet of them.
The staff is younger but the are polite and I think they did a good job. I loved my rost beef sandwich It tasted fresh. The cheese bread makes for a excellent sandwich.

Stopped in and had the number 7 Turkey and Provolone sub and it was fantastic. The meat and toppings were really fresh and I received an abundance of each. The restraunt was clean and the staff were friendly. I had a good dining experience today, thanks!

Have it Mike’s Way! Once I had Jersey Mike’s Subs made Mike’s way, I can’t go back to plain subs. My husband loves The Big Kahuna #56 Steak. I love their Turkey sub with plenty of meat and veggies, and of course, made Mike’s way.

Was very dissatisfied with the way the cashier acted when I said I had gift cards, he acted like it was hassle to him. Meanwhile he’s scratching all over his nose while he’s checking people out and the flu and rsv are going around. The foods always good but the customer service was lacking highly tonight. We’ll just drive the five extra min to the Centerville location next time.

Jersey Mikes cons: no parking, long line that moves very slow, takes a long time to make the sandwich (after waiting in line to order) hefty prices for a sandwich shop and not friendly staff. Once we got the sandwich, a Ruben, it didn’t have 1000 island dressing on it. After we waited another 5 minutes for a side of dressing the sandwich actually tasted really good. But was it worth the 15 minutes in line plus another 10 for the food and 5 for the dressing? No it wasn’t. Now to be honest they apologized and gave free coupons for the wait so I might try it again and edit this post afterwards.

I’ve been to location at least east 5x’s. I’ve not had 2 bad experience with them. The place is clean along with bathroom. My sandwich is been hot fresh and fulfilling. I always get the philly. I can’t speak for the other sandwiches. This sandwich is different from the other sub places. I would come back. The time of day I have been there wasn’t a wait maybe 1 or 2 ppl tops and line moved fast. I’ve also done curbside pickup with no issues.
