EXCELLENT! From the service to the food, Hwy 2 is a gem. Grabbing a late morning breakfast was just what the doctor ordered. We were greeted by Libia, she was so kind! Our entire experience was terrific. The food is fresh, well balanced and arrives HOT from the kitchen!!

Noticed the Hwy 2 Fusion Diner several times in our trips to Leavenworth & Sultan, Wa. in the last year. We finally dropped in for an early morning breakfast. It was great! [Within minutes you could tell it was a local go to place. ] Food was great (tasty) and offered “all day” menu options. Friendly service and large portions too!

Mexican cuisine meets diner. Packed on the weekend but line goes pretty quick. Definitely a spot for locals. No frills kinda spot. Decent size portions and a nice mix of breakfast and lunch options. Biscuits and gravy were pretty tasty. Waffle also tasted good. Recommend stopping in next time you’re looking for a breakfast or lunch spot.

My husband and I had breakfast here on a Sunday morning for the first time and everything was fabulous! I’ve always heard good things, so I’m glad that we went to try it out. When we arrive, the restaurant was extremely busy at around 10:30 AM on a Sunday, they had a waitlist on the counter And even though we were the sixth party in line, they said it would only be about a 10 minute wait. It might’ve been 15 minutes, then our table was ready. My husband had the meat lovers omelette, and I had the chilaquiles with Carne Asada, avocado and eggs. I loved that the tortillas still had a good crunch to them, they were nice and thick. Absolutely perfect! The service was great, we were in and out pretty quickly, but I was impressed at how they treated every person that walked through the door. The whole staff was so friendly and I can see why it is a popular place. We will definitely be back again soon!

Quick stop for breakfast on our way out of town. My go to breakfast is eggs Benedict. It was cooked PERFECTLY!! My husband’s go to is chicken fried steak. It was WONDERFUL too! Home fried potatoes were very good. Service was great. I’m looking forward to trying lunch or dinner on our next trip through Monroe.

Hwy 2 Fusion Diner is a true hidden gem! Tucked inside a gas station, you’d never expect food this good. Bright, friendly atmosphere and absolutely delicious dishes — the chicken tortilla soup was fantastic! Huge thanks to Marcelo and his awesome crew — they make you feel welcome the second you walk in. This is one of those “must check out” spots that surprises you in the best way possible. Don’t drive by—stop in, say hi to Marcelo and his team, and enjoy!

First of all, it was a great experience, and I’m really happy to have this brunch spot in Monroe!
We ordered the California Benedict, the Caramel pecan pancake combo and the Lumberjack, all were tasty and we enjoyed them. (I’ve had better in other places, but this was definitely good, not perfect, but good!)
The only downside was that I asked for extra veggies on my Lumberjack, but they were forgotten. Also, out of the three breakfasts we ordered, mine was the only one that wasn’t served warm. I asked them to heat it up again, and they kindly did, so no big deal.
The staff was very friendly and the place was clean.
We’ll definitely be back again!

Went here with my family, it was the best chicken French dip I have ever had. I really enjoyed it along with the crispy beautifully cooked onion rings. I should have taken a picture but I was enjoying it in the moment. 10 out of 10.
