It was truly unbelievable. I stood there with only one person in front of me and it took 30 minutes just to put in my order. That one person working the drive through and the front. The place is dirty and my food was cold.

When I went to go pick up my food the manager there was rude, snotty, and disrespectful. I asked for some blackened ranch, And she stated she gave me some I looked in the bag and there was one and I let her know I need a couple more and then I needed a couple bronco berry as well She seemed completely disgusted, and then I was looking through the bag to ensure my order was correct, and She walked up and literally threw a sauce in the bag. If somebody is that hateful of their job they don’t need to be in that type of business and I understand it’s hard to deal with the public but I’m not usually one to complain but she was really rude and then I get home and my food was horrible, The shrimp were overcooked it’s like some of them were just batter, And sorry to say the chicken was no better. My son ordered the fish sandwiches and when I got home with the food and he opened it up they gave him chicken, and I usually love Popeyes This just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Went on Nov. 18, 2025 at 12:15 PM (classic lunch time). There was hardly anyone there, and Arby’s next door was packed (hmmm).
Ordered at kiosk. Was in a hurry admittedly, but it is fast food, and it isn’t like they have to slaughter/dress/cook the chicken first (or maybe they do here?).
I had allowed enough time to grab and go, but as you have read already, that wasn’t going to happen, and didn’t. After waiting almost 15 minutes for food (lunch is 30, and if received in 5, I would have had time), I said just cancel my order, and I had to leave in order to not be late getting back to work.
As of now, the order is still charged to me (not refunded or cancelled; and I was not able to eat anything for lunch). Money essentially stolen by lazy/irresponsible employees as well as the owner.
Did you notice the regular comments of the owner of “I’m sorry”, but yet it continues (obviously), so the they are leading by example. This will work itself out, stupidity always does, but meanwhile, don’t entertain or throw away your money on either nothing, or a horrible experience.
I thought it was bad enough as is, but now after reading, I realize it could have been worse; money gone regardless and could have received absolute junk anyway (no ice in soda machine, as cup provided while I waited-yeah they really CANNOT get anything right).

I’m from New Orleans, LA which is where this franchise originates from and this location taste just like home. It’s hard to find that authentic taste outside of Louisiana and I actually found it here. Delicious and fresh….the chicken and sides are delicious.

Usually I order my food on delivery app. Sometimes my order keeps changing delivery person when they actually got there and I have no idea until yesterday. My first time order on Popeyes App for pick up and went to the restaurant and they are closed for maintenance. I look up on Google and Apple map all showing open and their app able to take order. That explains why my order on delivery app always exchanged delivery person bc they do not opened and list as open. This location should be more careful to update to their app and on delivery apps so people don’t waste their time.

Poor service! Understaff didn’t get my full order, no sauces and one piece of chicken was fried batter. Called the store to ask to speak with a supervisor or manager. The lady who answered said “no manager one moment” and hung up on me. Tried calling 3 times after and no one is answering!

If I had the option I would give no stars. The food was cold and the chicken was rock hard and seemed old the sides and dipping sauces were missing the manger was rude and should be fired for the way she deals with customers. I will not be ordering from this place again.
