My family and I ordered a great deal of food and in my hot n’ spicy there was no lettuce and it’s suppose to come with lettuce. Really unacceptable when I assured one of the workers to make sure the sandwich is made exactly how its originally dispersed. I am disappointed because this is one of my favorite spots!

We Ordered our food at the drives through about 5:58 pm on 1/5/25 lobby was empty the young lady at the window ask me to pull forward. As I did, 15 minutes passed so I go in to get my food and the lady on fries walked over and I said I’m outside waiting she ask for the 3 meal deals? I said yes! She looked at me up and down and said I was going to bring it out to you, with a bad attitude. And Yes! I did say something back. Well in my rights. So! I made this review to say this. We’re not your problem it’s the spirit, you see when you wake up in the morning, and look in the mirror. That’s your problem. A job, is a job and if you don’t like the job your doing go work somewhere else where you’re happy, don’t make everyone miserable because you’re miserable.

Nothing good to say about McDonald’s the food’s bad the service pads. It’s not clean very good and that’s just a single McDonald’s. That’s pretty much every McDonald’s. I would never ever ever go there if it wasn’t for grandbabies.

Serving food out of visibly dirty grease! Unsanitary. You can literally see the bits of old burnt food on this hash brown. All the manager had to say was that’s how they all are coming out. Of course they’re all coming out like that, the grease is DIRTY! But instead of changing the grease which is required, she’d rather serve this to everyone.

Over a week and still the diet coke is root beer. I left again not buying anything. I can’t have sugar. High fructose sugar makes me sick. And that is what’s in regular soda. I’m pre diabetic. I’m not going to be diabetic. The other McDonald’s on Paris rd last time I was there didn’t have carbonation in the soda. McDonald’s just is a not customer oriented anymore.

When I walk to the counter to place an order, I don’t expect to be redirected to the self-checkout. I don’t want to touch McDonald’s dirty self-checkout screens. If I wanted to use one, I would have walked over there myself.
To make it worse, the employee looked across the restaurant at another employee — as if I were doing something wrong. That was completely unacceptable.
When I called the complaint line, the main thing they seemed concerned about was whether I had made a purchase. No, I did not — I left. The way I was treated made me decide not to spend a dime there.

Every table and booth/seat was dirty and nasty with food all over it. Rude customer service. We asked nicely to have a table cleaned so that we could sit with our little girl. We ended up having to share a table with a lovely customer (who was a pastor). It took other customers coming in complaining about how nasty the place was and it sparking a conversation where we finished our meal and got up (and wiped our area) so they could sit down before anyone bothered to come out and wipe down a table. Then before it was wiped, our little girl wanted to see the play area through the window (since it was closed down/blocked off). I asked her to stand since the booth was covered in grease and food (not clean) and the lady then decides to come out and tell us she cant stand in a booth. In which I was certain to remind her we asked her to clean the booth earlier and its too nasty for her knees to touch. So we left.

I pull in the drive-thru at 9:06pm. tonight. I ordered at 9 11 pm. I finally get to the first window at 9:26 pm and they I finally get my food at 9:35 pm and it’s wrong. Why is it that I get to wait for a long time to get what I ordered to have 2 of the 3 meals completely wrong. I love that my meals have no onions and this is one of our burgers. This was a great way to spend $30 plus dollars and to have it completely messed up.
