Had a great time eating at Jaleo. I tried the vegetarian tasting menu and loved every part of it.
The food was excellent. The gazpacho was a refreshing start and the small pastry cones were a very creative treat. I also really liked the beet salad and the roasted cauliflower with dates. Highlight was the fried eggplant with honey, which was served with yogurt foam – have never had something similar before!
The servers were very friendly and made me feel welcome. They were also happy to box up my leftovers for me to take home. It was a perfect meal and I highly recommend it for vegetarians.

Enjoyed the delights of Jaleo last night with my team from work and had an absolute blast pigging out on the delicious food. There were seven of us so we decided to do the José’s selection tasting menu and were blown away. On top of the seemingly never-ending delivery of delicious food, our server went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to enjoy every step. I’m pregnant and can’t have things like raw/cured meats, unpasteurized cheeses, etc and there was ALWAYS an option and seemed to be a very easy switch for them to make. I hate making a fuss and would have been happy just eating what I was able to, but they went above and beyond to curate a special experience for me. That’s excellent service right there.
Every dish was delicious, but a few favorites from myself and the team were definitely the endives (seriously, don’t let yourself go to Jaleo without trying them!), the green beans, shrimp and of course the paella.
Special additional thank you to our server and the entire service staff. Absolutely fantastic service from our first interaction with the hostess, to the knowledgeable and creative bartender, our specific server who went above and beyond and every single person who stopped by the table. Truly felt well taken care of and like the whole team just wanted us to enjoy our time.
As a food-obsessed traveler this is definitely somewhere I would recommend trying while you’re nearby.

Our large group ordered the tasting menu. Everything was solid with no major issues, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Jaleo is difficult to evaluate in Las Vegas because it sits on a floor among some of the strongest fine dining options in the city. It is good, but comparatively less memorable.

Wow – if you’re looking for a great meal on the strip try Jaleo! Our server Brittany gave us wonderful recommendations and every dish was delicious. The paella special of the night, the chorizo & potato was chefs kiss. The endive salad was so refreshing. I’d definitely come back and try more!

And then there was the food. The culinary journey at Jaleo is simply unparalleled. The menu is a vibrant tapestry of authentic Spanish flavors that you won’t find anywhere else in the city. Every dish, from the delicate and perfect Gambas to the rich, the great Cava Sangria, the Cono de Atún! , Patattas Bravas, Croquetas de Pollo y Calamares a la Romana are exquisite! The nutty Manchego and the succulent Pulpo, was a revelation. We couldn’t get enough of the classic Jamón Serrano and the magnificent Paella con Gambas, which tasted like a direct transport to Spain. Chef José Andrés and the entire Jaleo team have created a masterpiece in Las Vegas.

Fantastic fine dining. I went during their happy hour. The service, the atmosphere, and the food were superb. It definitely is on the pricier side, so keep that in mind.

The tapas here are absolutely fabulous. Our waiter recommended a couple of protein tapas that were beyond amazing. The sauce in the aioles are indescribable. Photos attached are what we had. This was hands down one of the absolute best meals we have ever had. JT at the bar is a phenomenal bartender, knows his stuff. Highly recommended!!!

Stopped by for Sangria happy hour and had a good experience! The decor is vibrant and colorful. The food was delicious and paired well with the sangria. Staff was super friendly and attentive.
