Let me just start by saying I love Wendy’s. But this has to be one of THE WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS. The price for a junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag was posted $5. I was charged $6. When confronted they said “oops we’ll change sticker” and did absolutely nothing to correct the problem. YOU ADVERTISED $5. YOU CHARGED ME $6. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IS ILLEGAL IN ALL 50 STATES. Not only this but they were rude and ghetto. A disgrace to the great Wendy’s name. Reported to the FTC for false advertisement. Pics are my receipt and the menu pre sticker change .

I walked in 12 45 stood at the counter no one was there to help me, employees looked at me but no one came around to assist me at all. The manager I assumed came from behind me after 5 minutes of staring at everyone in the kitchen and no one but a lady fixing food said hi the manager came around and was walking into the kitchen behind the counter and said in passing is there anything you need. I said NOT ANY MORE and left it was if I was invisible as they worked so hard to serve drive through they neglected those standing at the counter which it was only one person and that was me. I didn’t like the treatment I felt is was dishonest as if they didn’t want to help me.

To actually feel how hard a bun is and still serve it to a customer is a bad choice and on top of that, the food was cold. This place is way too slow to still fail at making a meal. At first I thought it was day shift but night shift won with that hard rock bottom bun.

This Wendy’s just sits all by itself on a hill overlooking the interstate. It’s kind of an oddity because no other restaurants are around. It is the closest to the airport though and it makes me wonder why there aren’t more restaurants closer. Then again, if they’d be as busy as this one, there’s no point. Lol

Food was good except for the Coke. It was watered down, mixed with Diet, something odd, but it wasn’t Coke. They were fast and prompt. They didn’t have the Biggie Bag displayed on the menu but could still do it. The new promo by a Dave’s Single at $6 and get another for 1$. First, that’s way too much food. 2nd, the promo still puts you out $7 before you even get to sides and a drink. Please keep the Biggie Bag.

I had an unfortunate experience at this Wendy’s location near closing time. When I attempted to place an order, I was informed that the credit card machine was not working. After I inquired whether there was only one credit card terminal, there was no response from the employee. I proceeded to the drive-thru window to ask for the store number (not the address or phone number), but the staff were unhelpful and dismissive.

While sitting in my car for a few minutes to look up the store information, an employee later mentioned that the machine was working again. By that point, I had already decided to leave. The overall lack of communication and professionalism made for a very disappointing experience, especially given that I arrived before closing time.

It’s 7:44 AM, the hours say they open at 7:30. I’ve been waiting since 7:15. No response in drive-thru. No acknowledgement at all. Just watched a young female crawl in through the drive-thru window. Shady, shady shady.

First in line at about 6pm on a weekday, still had to wait over 20 minutes for food. Had to repeat my order 3 times to the same woman, no receipt offered, rude staff, waited 5-10 minutes at the pick up window and was told to pull up to wait and was there 15+ minutes.

I used to put up with this place because it was so close to my work, but I’m done.

Told them I had food allergies. Were rude and added the allergy item anyway. Requested a refund when I realized said item was on food, but without driving all the way back no refund. Should have known better by the rude attitude when I ordered. Fries were cold and gross.

Horrible attitude. Order my food Nd was waiting for a repeat confirmation, never got one. Bad attitude. The staff on Swift is much more friendly than the guy who took the order.

I do not recommend this Wendy’s if it is late at night. The only thing fresh about our meals was the prepackaged Wednesday sauce for my meal. There was no ice cream for the Wednesday meal and the burger, fries, and chicken nuggets were all cold. The August outside temperature at 10:15 PM is warmer than the food. The cashier closed the window before I could ask for a BBQ sauce. The experience was especially disappointing after an extremely long day of flying in to the airport. Im hoping that the service and food quality is better for other customers. We did not receive a receipt, so I am posting the review on Google instead of conducting a survey (assuming that the receipt would have contained a survey).
