Ordered take out and get all the way home, open the package and see that my onion rings has about half of what it should. And my wings that are clearly supposed to be mild are buffalo. I wish I could say this is the first time I’ve had an issue but this same thing happened before, it just happened to be a flavor that I didn’t hate so I didn’t worry about it but Unfortunately if that’s how they are going to treat their takeout I won’t be back.

We’ve been coming to the BWW in Trussville for years. The food is consistently good and the service is always amazing! We sit in the bar as much as possible so we can sit with Jacob…. He is our absolutely favorite! He remembers our favorite drinks, is super sweet and very attentive. Take care of Jacob so he continues to stick around because he is the best! Julia took over for Jacob, after shift change yesterday, and she was also amazing! I will say I am very sad that you no longer have the Bravazzi on draft, please, please, please bring my pinkady drinkady back!

Today, I went to try the Unlimited Appetizers for $9.99 special. I got to choose 2 apps and could get unlimited refills on them for the special price. Up to 4 people can share this deal, so WOW! I got the chips and chili/cheese dip and the onion rings. I was alone, so of course, I didn’t need refills on them but I think I still got a deal because I got to try 2 menu items I hadn’t tried before at a steal! I also got a fried chicken breast for only $1.90 which is awesome in its own right. I brought home plenty of leftovers. My servers were great and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

We eat out a lot, and service has really been lacking since the pandemic. But we have never had anything but very friendly, conscientious servers at the Trussville Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is pretty good, too. And we are night people so we like their hours also.

Ordered my meal online and picked up at the designated time. I ordered a bottled drink on the app to pick up my food and they only have found drinks, ok no problem. I walk to the car and my food is cold. $21on 6 cold wings and fries, when I could’ve went across the street to Chick fil and a hot hot fresh food for half the price. Won’t be returning. The only redeeming factor is the cashier was really nice

I stop at Buffalo wild wings fairly frequently while I’m traveling because I know what to expect from the food and I know what I like. Always good to play a little trivia, watch a game, and have some wings.
From facility to facility, I will say that the locations and service vary pretty widely.
This location had tons of energy. Tons of customers. And perhaps the best server I’ve ever had at a Buffalo wild wings. Wish I could remember her name. She was really good!

Waited 10 mins for a waiter to take our drink order. Server was polite and got the order correct but… The food was ehhh. I have to admit the buffalo mac and cheese was pretty fire but my rap was funky. Full transparency my wife enjoyed her meal.
