I ordered it to go. The food was accurate and fresh. The bacon cheddar chicken sandwich was extremely thick. It was the first time trying it, will not order it again, wasn’t my favorite. The chicken quesadilla and the chicken wonton tacos were absolutely delicious!

This location is going down hill and needs a makeover. To start with the food was as good as any Applebee’s we have gone to. The server was great! BUT….. the building and cleanliness was very disappointing. The men’s restroom was nasty, the ceiling was black around all the vents, there was flies in between the blinds and windows (alive & dead), blinds were very dusty, and the pictures on the wall was filthy (pics attached). I don’t think it would take much to get this place cleaned up, but maybe if they had better management it wouldn’t have gotten to this point.
On the other hand, our waitress was great. Very friendly and quick.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Applebee’s. I drove three hours and stopped here expecting a decent meal, but the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced.
I ordered the wonton tacos and when the server brought them out, he literally slammed the plate on the table, causing the tacos to fall apart. I had to sit there and fix my own food. As someone who is from out of town, that felt very disrespectful and unprofessional.
It only got worse from there. My drink sat empty for long periods with no refill, my appetizer took forever to come out, and I had to ask other servers for basic things because my server was nowhere to be found. We weren’t even given napkins or silverware and had to ask around just to get those.
I waited about 25–30 minutes just to get my ticket. The restaurant also looked very unorganized. Multiple tables around me were not bussed or cleaned the entire time I was there. Even the manager appeared to be running around waiting tables. When I asked to speak to a manager, no one ever came.
Coming from someone who used to work at Applebee’s, this is absolutely not how a restaurant should be run. This location seriously needs better management and staff training. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I came to this location two days straight. Call me crazy but both days my stomach hurt like hell afterwards. The first day it didn’t start until the middle of the night but the second day soon as I left I cramped so bad. My mother was the same was both days once I mentioned it to her. The service was poor. I didn’t get all my food the 3times I asked where was the rest. It cam when I was done , I said just forget it! The bathroom wasn’t kept well! It was just a horrible experience. I will not be going back!

To start, the “host” didn’t smile, say hello, nothing. He was that way to everyone. Our waitress was very nice. My husband’s food was served by a different server. It was served with a large chunk out of the plate. She acted like it was fine. I have an issue, not only with the server, but the “chef” plated it like that it with the dish like that. Our waitress apologized, and I’m taking it, the floor manager, did also. I thought they might comp my husband’s meal, but no.

We went when not busy, still had to wait till we were seated, waiting long time for our drinks, waited extremely long time for our food…. Plenty of help there… Bundle in with each other, just talking…. This place has REALLY went down … Y’all should just move on and let a better Restaurant come in….

Good food. Could have been a little warmer. Did have a problem recently. The knife and fork they gave me was very dirty. Need to be more careful during a pandemic. The guy who seated us was a little rude. Latest thing. Big hair in my food. Back 5/26/2023. Another dirty knife. Looks like there is a pattern here.

I love Applebees, but I experienced roaches at this location. I placed a to-good order and went in to pick it up. The cashier thought I looked at her crazy because she picked up the wrong order. I said, “no ma’am… you don’t see the roach crawling all over the register?” She just apologized, but shrugged it off as if it was a normal occurance.
