Good food for a fast food restaurant. Prices are high, $35 for lunch for 2. They need to offer more salsa/hot sauce choices. Salsa should be able to serve yourself instead of asking for it. Not enough drink choices. Nothing that’s sugarfree/caffeine free. I would come more often if the prices were more reasonable.

Just ordered this crap on Uber Eats. I received the worst nastiest burrito I’ve ever eaten. It featured overcooked burnt chicken, nothing but rice, no onions, no salsa. Also didn’t receive the chips and salsa that I added to the order. Complete waste of time money and my sanity. Avoid this location at all costs.

This is the worst location to go to. Do yourself a favor and drive to the one in La Verne or Montclair. This location is poorly managed and double check your order because it is never correct. The salad dressing is watered-down (if you even get salad dressing) and the salads are old and wilted. The chicken is over-cooked and dry. The employees and management staff put in no effort and it shows. Nobody is striving for excellence at this location for sure! I have tried it three times now hoping perhaps it was a bad day for them in addition to being a convenient location from the Pomona courts, wanted to support local business and feed our clerical staff…never again! Ordering food here is a complete waste of your money.

Brandy…Brandy…(“sweeter than candy”) the Manager runs a tidy ship. the best location in the “chain”! Fresh and juicy…full size chicken portions…no “skimp” here. The new $5.00 meals are terrific…well-balanced and filling.
Lively staff keeps everything spotless…and happy. Always full but they keep it flowing.
Good place to meet others…easy to locate…free parking.
They just finished a drive to feed the hungry…(raised a lot of money) from this location…”good-on-you!”
Overall, I believe Polo Loco has “nailed fast-food!” For Health=5☆’s…Price=5☆’s…
Service=5☆’s…Location=5☆’s…Taste of Food=5☆’s!

I order 12 piece meal in the drive-thru. The cashier Carissa was not paying attention, she was busy talking to another employee, had to repeat my order 3 times, then I waited 30 min to get my order and when I ask for some utensils, Carissa said “you have to wait because we are really busy” when I arrived home I got hard skin burned chicken and the mashed potato was like dough. Terrible service and the food as well.

Just went half an hour ago and they supposedly opened an hour ago. Cone blocking drive thru so I parked and tried to go in. Door is locked and empty inside. Wasted my lunch break coming here. Never again

I was trying 2 figure out what I was going 2 eat 4 dinner & saw El Pollo Loco & decided 2 stop!!! The food was nice & hot & they had a New side cilantro cauliflower rice, so I ordered it & beans & buttery corn it was delicious!!! I had 2 wash My hands & the restroom was spotless !! I was surprised & happy!!!
