Not many eateries can be compared to the disorganized and lostness of the Saturday waitstaff at this Wilson, NC location!! Watch out for BW3s built-in promotional upselling tactics that you find out while ordering, lemon pepper wings or any other flavored wings are as basic as a 9th grade home economics cooking class, the promotional triple-bacon cheeseburger…not hardly possible to eat with hands due to its incapable of keeping it’s form…what a mess!! Fries…they should be FREE nationwide…who can get those wrong. BW3 restaurants may consider installing strobe lights just to get the attention of their waitstaff with too much attitude for a public service job. This was simply an undesirable atmosphere, to say the least.

I doordashed from here 1/17/26. My Dasher had to wait 15-20 minutes for my food. I don’t stay that far, when my food arrived my fries was NOT HOT and they were hard and my chicken was nowhere near HOT and idek if they were fresh. Please do better.

Terrible experience!!! My online order number was 1010009 and I placed this order at 4 pm to pick up at 5. I walk in at 515 pm and the cashier tells me that they accidentally gave my food to someone else!!! How do you do that??? So your company doesn’t verify who’s picking up food??? Never Again!!! I’ve already asked for a refund…. She says that it will take 5 to 10 business days. I will wait on that…

Posted on yelp, but had to post here as well as the google reviews seem artificially inflated and somebody may think they’re actually in for a normal restaurant experience.
Awful, good thing the wing stop nearby will put this place out of business soon and any other restaurant that will take their place will be an improvement by default.
Ordered drinks and an app, app came out fine but still no drinks. Finally our ice cold wings came out and the server said she would check on the drinks. Had about 2 of my wings that are giving me hypothermia as I grab them and my watered down drink came out, but of course they don’t have the Tito’s to make the drink my lovely lady wanted, no worries, we’ll get a different one. She finished eating her food by the time she got her drink, and by that point didn’t even touch it. Now I’m pretty mad and ready to go, so I ask for the bill minus all the nonsense they ruined and I want to wipe the now frozen sauce off of my fingers, but of course: they didn’t give me any napkins.
Don’t waste your time, go literally anywhere else, I beg you.

We walked in and the “Manager”an older gentleman said we could find a seat. We did. The table was nasty. The waitress came over and gave us menus. We continued to wait for approximately 15 more minutes, during which 4 different waitresses walked by and no one asked if we had ordered anything! My husband even asked one of them if we could have a waitress and said I’ll see what I can find out. We continued to wait and ultimately decided to get up and leave. When walking out the “Manager “ asked why we were leaving, we said never get a waitress! He just looked surprised, and didn’t even try to correct anything at all!

First thing first, the fact that I am leaving a negative review let alone a review at all says alot! If you want to go for drinks at the bar, cool. The food=trash. The customer service=trash. The preparation of the food=trash. Which makes the prices of the food very unreasonable & unworthy. They gave me 10 French fries in a box & called it a serving. My wings were literally raw & not cooked completely. The staff are rude, lazy, & nasty. The establishment smells terrible. They could use a pop up inspector visit. Therefore, let’s see how fast I can make it happen.

I really like the set up of this place better to other BWW I have been in. However, I’ve been waiting for over an hour for my food and it came out wrong and had to send it back. Hardly any full tables. I’m not sure why the wait.
2nd time order came to table and was still wrong. My husband sent his order back as well. His food was cold and incorrect.
We are still here. His food just got here. Been over and hour and maybe 15 minutes or more and he is now just able to take his first bite. We have not had any refills since we have been here nor has the manager made an attempts to come over to our table to apologize or check on us due to the delays. I did ask who store manager was and I was told Christina Hernandez.
Very disappointed. I live an hour away. Again, location is great, store setup is nice.. service needs work, food and prep horrible. Alot of the employees have an unprofessional demeanour, one waitress who was not ours, Denise, was very happy, smiling and getting things done.
After much disgust.. manager still never came to table, nor offered any discount for the troubles. Would not recommend this location!

Wish I could give this place ZERO stars! Food was absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms are extremely filthy, Even saw an employee after using the restroom wash their hands, then proceed to go put perfume on and lipstick on and walk outside and go start serving customers Absolutely sickening!

Place is literally the definition of incompetence. 1st reason: they refuse to cook your wings well done due to a “chicken shortage” yep folks a shortage is the reason why they won’t cook wings well done. Btw 8/10 fries be soggy to the point I feel like I’m eating mashed potatoes….
2nd reason: unless you goto the bar, ur not gonna get waited on.
3rd reason: staff literally mess up online orders. If you get 20 boneless wings and ask for half hot, half medium, you will get 10 hot, and 10 bbq wings. Yep bbq. at this point I’m never coming back to this location after giving them many chances. Just a waste of money and food is soggy and small portions. the owner of this location should be ashamed of their self for owning a piece of junk with staff that are jokes.
