Went to Kingsville Steakhouse for Father’s Day. The Food was soo Delicious. The service was alright. Kept forgetting to bring what we asked for. However they were busy so I understood some. The atmosphere reminded me of a Dairy Queen establishment. But Food overall was Very Good. Will come bk for the food.

I ordered dooordash, it didnt give me an option to change from a McChicken to spicy on the app, called to change and was told “I cant change it” its the same price and they could’ve just put spicy in my bag instead of mcchicken. I ordered a small iced mocha and there was virtually no chocolate syrup in it, tastes like straight up espresso diluted in creamer. Not to mention other times I placed orders, they were either in correctly made, the order was not complete (condiments, napkins etc.) and when I did approach to have said items corrected, I was met with attitude by one of the shift managers. So yeah. I hate this location.

I’ve had some trouble lately getting my Frappe made just right. I picked up my online order in the drive thru today during a very busy time of day. It’s ALWAYS busy at this time. My Frappe had probably been made with the intent to be ready on time which is great! But it probably sat for a bit by the time I got to the window. I went inside and just showed it (watery consistancy) to the counter guy wearing a curbside vest and right away he offered to remake it! His name was Adam. He was very hospitable… genuinely friendly and helpful with a good sense of urgency. He very quickly and accurately read to me my beloved nightmare of a customized drink order before quickly getting to the remake. He then informs me that the espresso machine was being cleaned and he couldn’t add my double shot and asked if if be willing to wait. I said “no, that’s ok. Just skip the espresso”. Next thing i know he’s serving me the next best thing possible and even made it a large for the inconvenience. Hire more Adams!! That pleasant welcoming employee nature makes a big difference in case like these. I’ve had alot of good experiences at this location. Thanks Adam!

Did a curbside order and we only got one sandwich of our orders. Waited and no one came out. Had to go in and wait for them to make our order. People don’t get that a simple mistake still causes a lot outside the restaurant.
People have bad days that’s not on the workers at all.But think past the simple mistake, some people are picking up meals for a family and then when they get home they’re missing food more than likely like in my case the driver will be the one having to come home after a long day and then having to eat cold food because of this simple mistake.
I would never go back to this restaurant. When people make mistakes I’m pretty easy just a simple oops sorry some kind of feeling that they are taking accountability for making a mistake no matter how simple it was but instead they’re not even sure if you’re lying to them or not and then just hand you the missing food like no big deal at all no thought behind it at this point I’m too angry to even explain my situation all I know is I’m not going back definitely not to this McDonald’s

Honestly we were expecting something more in McDonalds. Place is not that much crowded. Foods quality were marginal. Customers service and cleanliness can be improved. No any vegetarian options are available except french fries and ice cream.
