Theresa was amazing. She really seemed to make her team have a good time while working. My pizza took a few extra minutes and she compensated me with a beverage (which was not necessary, as I was not an unhappy customer). She seems to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. The atmosphere is just a standard mall style pizzeria but everything else was fantastic! Definitely fresh ingredients on the pizza in the Caprese salad was a treat.

Our first time. Interesting concept. Set price for pizza then pick your toppings. We shared a single pizza and two drinks. The pizza was very good except the ricotta we ordered should have been better drained. So in the end the pizza was a bit wet. However it tasted excellent and crispy. We will definitely try again. However the price was exceptional.

The pizza here is always amazing! The manager has an awesome attitude! I ordered a pizza on DoorDash. The ordered my pizza with arugula and ranch drizzle. They ran out of arugula and forgot the drizzle. I thought he would replace my next pizza, I told him I’ll match it with buying another. He also was very pleasant to speak with!

I’ve been going to Blaze since this location opened. The pizza is always good. Tastes fantastic. A real treat for me is their blood orange lemonade. I’ve never had it anywhere else and I just really like it- might seem odd to say but its one of the things I go there for specifically. I hope they never get rid of it. Only reason for not 5 stars is I think they have lost a step on line cleanliness. Not hygiene, per se, but last visit I noticed there were pieces of ingredients mixed in with each other- cheese that had fallen in other bins, spilled on the counter, ingredients in between the bins, etc. It just looked kind of sloppy, so it gets you thinking about hygiene even if its probably not an issue. I get that it’s made quickly and you get a lunch crowd- things happen- but at the time there were like 3 people in there. Have someone clean that up when the rush dies down- refill the drink machines. Both lemonade machines were nearly empty- the aeration doesn’t work as well and bad things can happen there too. Overall the whole place still looks as polished as when it opened except for attention to these details. I’ll keep coming back but my advice is when you’re going to show the customers how you make the food, a spotless line and attention to details makes a huge impression.

Blaze does it right when you’re on the go and want something quick, but don’t want to make the sacrifice of standard fast food. Their food was fresh and made to order. I’m a huge pizza guy, and under the circumstances their pizza does not disappoint. This is by no means what I would call elite pizza, but it is satisfying and satiating in its own category. Service was quick, professional, and welcoming. Employees were polite and worked very efficiently. For the type of food you’re getting, the wait times are completely acceptable. Atmosphere is chill, ambient, I felt comfortable when I was there. I’ve been here several times, all staying consistent with each experience. If you’re in the area or on the go, my recommendation is to plan some time for a visit.

I used to love this place. Especially as a pineapple on pizza lover. But it’s always disappointing to pay for stuff and have it be totally disregarded because I did an online order. They forgot all of my sauces on my pizza, it was underdone, soggy, and burnt on one side. How it’s even possible to undercook and overcook a pizza is beyond me. This was my first time at this location after the bridgeville location closed and I couldn’t be more disappointed at the service quality. Overall, really disappointing. Online orders are just as important as in person orders. I still ate the pizza but it wasn’t what I payed for.

Ordered pizza on line using one of the deals. Pizza was hot and ready to pick up when I arrived. Staff was friendly- all sauces nicely packaged and secured. Pizza tasted great, as always.
