Pickup order: this is not an isolated event, we called we were missing an item from our order, we were transferred to manager ” Juan” only to be told, “well what do you want me to tell you?” Mind you we confirmed with cashier asked her to make sure order was complete because we had issues in the past, and this was a pickup order we wanted to make sure everything was in there that we had paid for. Food is great, hence why we go back but service and employee accountability is very poor.
When we take time to ask can you make sure everything is in there, we do expect for it to be checked for accuracy.

Food was excellent! Hot soup on a cold day. But our server was amazing! I wish I remembered his name cuz he will be the first reason we’ll be back! The food, the second. I wish it was a little more homey inside, kind of feels like a fast food place but nevertheless we WILL be back!

Came to eat with my family.
We were the ONLY ONES there and the food came out HORRIBLE!
I ordered Camarones ala diabla & the shrimps were DRIED there was no sauce on them.
No flavor whatsoever.
-10/10.
My sister ordered a shrimp caldo WITHOUT CHEESE & AVOCADO and they gave her a caldo that had those 2 things and removed them before bringing them out. My sister spend the rest of the evening taking out pieces of cheese out.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.

Best seafood ever , this is now my number one spot for anything seafood and tacos. The ceviche is phenomenal the shrimp and tarter sauce is amazing to. Rice with octopus first time and I loved it. Highly recommended and the michelada is really good to .
